This was excellent! I am doing the same thing. I was 260 now 227. Working get this 27 pounds off. But doing the 3 days is great!! Today is Thursday here in Chicago. So the goal is fruit and vegetables for the 3 days no meat. My goal is to lose 5/7 pounds. Hopefully see 220 by Sunday. Peace and Blessings ❤️🙏🏾
