That is a good question and even I don't have the answer for it, how a student visa can be obtained in Dubai. But for Australia, the advantage is , you may be eligible for a full scholarship, part time jobs and a resident visa for short term once you complete your studies.

Of course I know Arabian Industries. You need to talk to a professional migration agent. I cannot guide you in this aspect and don’t have much knowledge as well. PR process have changed and I did mine 6 yrs back. One thing for sure, higher the points the sooner you will get.
