18:06 - That's "Sexy Parodius", from the Parodius trilogy by Konami. It's a humorous take on the Gradius/Life Force series and it's really fun. To my knowledge, only the second game, "Gokujo Parodius" got a US release as "Fantastic Journey". That cab is probably running the Asia Region rom set.
Sounds like I need to make plans for a road trip and visit all the arcades in Texas you covered including the Starship and Time Rift. If you guys ever go to Charlotte or Nashville, check out 16-Bit Bar & Arcade.

Willie, I DO have a lot of fun. Haha. This arcade life is a blast and it’s cool to get to share it with everyone that likes stuff like this. And I really don’t mind the work. Thanks for noticing. And a basement would be great but I’m not so sure shoveling Texas red clay and limestone would be so good for my back 😉
You completely blew past operation wolf. So is there anyway in Dallas area that has a paperboy game that plays. I’d drive 4 hours just to play it again.
I must have, I don't even remember seeing an Operation Wolf. Paperboy is a tough game to find in the wild these days. I believe Free Play Arlington has one and we have one. It took me 5 years to find it at a decent price. I have a small restoration video on RUclips ( you probably saw it) Hardly a restore, it didn't need much.
