I charged $150, but I just do this as a hobby and did it for a friend. Took me longer than I'd like to admit, but i used the process in this video.

This is the worst replacement I have ever seen I don’t recommend this shop so unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing, just ruined the iPhone 11 Pro on the back and covering it up doesn’t mean it’s fixed hope he didn’t pay you unprofessional workers👎

Out of curiosity why do the camera rings need to be cut in order to get them out?
I think the rings are put on after the glass during manufacturing so they need to be removed to get the old glass from underneath for a clean fit.

All the tools he used can be purchased at Walmart, I had to order the glue from eBay! U can buy the back replacements off eBay to, like $5 for 3 backs! If u do t have the machine that cleans the glue with laser this is the only way to replace it yourself! It gots to get ugly before pretty!

This is because u have auto brightness on this is where the phone puts it on a lower brightness this happend to me and i turned it off on display settings.
It's an issue wih all iphones.Its done to decrease the temperature of the phone.You can't do anything about it
How did you do this without damaging proximity and camera from the heat? I’ve tried the same thing and it was successful but some internal parts were warped

Thanks mate, this helped a lot. I was able to replace the rear glass for an 11 Pro Max with no issues and without having to spend 1k on a laser machine lol.
I also got the rear glass with wider camera holes so i didn't have to cut the rings.
How did you do it without laser?
@@digitors With a heat gun, a few craft knives, 90% alcohol and lots of patience. Took me about 2 - 3 hours.

Did you glue it or was it self adhesive ? What kit? Does the apple logo go away?
@@digitors I got the rear glass replacement from Amazon, it came with the Apple logo so it looks just like the original. It is also self-adhesive, just peel off the protector to reveal the 3M adhesive. It cost like $25 USD.

You can do it yourself it’s five screws to remove the covering once you get the screen removed without the adhesive and not to pull to hard the ribbon cables are located at the very top. Save yourself money and watch videos very time consuming but educational
