1000 or 2000 both are great I think it is more important to finde it for a good price and in almost new condition. I got ago 1 months are 1000 ps Vita for only 70€ in perfect condition with the original cable. This was just a great deal I wouldn’t pay 200€ for it.

had the fat 1000 when the vita came out, got lbp and uncharted, i loved the system but then it got stolen from my car. recently got a vita slim in 2021, modded it, and oooh shit this thing is a beast when u mod it, got around 150 vita games, over 200 psp games, ps1 and even retro games with retroarch
i have both and i much prefer the oled version. Yes, the screen is much better but the main reason is that the extra thickness actually makes it more comfortable to hold.

I have the 3g oled i like that you can add larger storage i bought it at a yardsale in my area it had a broken screen i payed to have screen replaced as i heard over and over that not many sold so i had to save it from the landfill 😆 and i play games on it now
I've had oled models and recently bought a slim. The oled had a beautiful screen, but the functionality was off like trying to press the start and select button. the buttons are so flat, hard to press. Also the battery life wasn't great either and very heavy when carrying it in my pocket.
In my opinion, I prefer the newest model which is the PSVITA Slim (2000). The reason why is because its lighter from what I have been told. It has better battery life. It has up to 7 hours of battery life if Im correct. For jailbreaking the console, you don't need the memory card for the Slim. If you were jailbreaking the system on the 1000, you do need the memory card. Thats all I can come up with for now.
"if Im correct" Yea, its pretty much 7 hours. I tested it by using it non stop from 100% battery. I got 7 hours from gaming (Vita games and PSP) and browsing the PS Store.
i think the internal storage of the vita 2000 is not nessesarily a good point, i mean what do you want to instal on 1 gb of memory? if you only play cartridge based games this may be ok, but for anything that has to do with the online functions this 1 gb will very soon be filled up
Here in my country, the 3G network was killed. So yeah, no point to buy the Fat Vita now. If anything, people should avoid it on the basis of no internal memory, bad battery life, and proprietary charging port.
I would still recommend the "FAT" 3G PlayStation Vita to whoever wants to have the most complete modded setup because it is possible to remove the 3G module and place a microSD instead using a simple adapter, so you can still use the PS Vita Card Slot if you need it 😄 I agree with you, it has some flaws that can be really annoying, thank you for the comment, I appreciate it! 😁👊 Which titles are you currently playing on your Vita? 😄

@@adz5978 pkgj, an app u install on the vita that lets u download and install vita psp and ps1 games directly on to the vita, got a 1tb sd card
