same as mine that's in all silver. with 0.5 modulus brass pinion gear on a 280 motor, ditched the 1st counter gear in the stock gearbox gives about 40% more wheel speed with plenty of torque for doing longer+faster sweeps crossed up. metal front spindles on the way because the plastic ones aren't so nice. good looking build there!
@@PassionHobbyRC didn't mention.. 0.5 modulus pinion is 9t. mounting holes are different but easy to slot between existing holes for the mount screws, the 280 slips right in same diameter, about 6 mm longer motor. the extra torque makes up for the taller gear ratio result of omitting the first counter gear, stock board handles the motor just fine like that too. it runs faster but not TOO crazy, very nice upgrade for only 2-3 dollars spent. small detail.. center front openings, look very nice with 2 layers aluminum window screen from the inside.
