Слушаю и смотрю, наверно, в сотый раз его выступления и каждый раз испытываю необычайное чувство новизны, восторга, изумления и красоты от его действа, от его голоса, от его искренности и полного растворения в музыке, в себе. in this round, after the judges gave there commencements, they brought out the nun to stand along side of dimash. They gave there core for the nun and then for dimash..... on the wall this time around it was light up blue for the nun and red for dimash... Dimash received 94 from the wall and the nun only received 39... sorry for her but yaaa for Dimash.
As a Chinese dear I had to said sth about Dimash's shaking his mic. And I hope more and more people know the reason. Too many haters who even call themselves dears too said that Dimash was lip_singing. Even the diva dance of Bastau! Some haters said they went to the concert and got to know the truth！Too many rumors not only one son but all songs live performances. Dimash knew that but never talk in public. He began to shack his mic. Even he does this some haters still told people he was lip_singing partly in a song with the hardest high notes. Too bad😫😫
You need to watch the first audition . He performed SOS. He blew the roof !!!. and the judges. The same thing with this performance. He just take your heart away. Thank you guys.

He got 98 the first round and 94 this time. The first show you had to get 75 to move on. This was the battle round. All you had to do to move on was score more points than your opponent. His opponent scored 39.
The first time he performed, two judges didn't vote. One of them was a record producer, I believe. He said, "just because you could, doesn't mean you should". I think he meant the show was beneath him. That's my opinion.
I sort of agree that singing with passion and emotion rather than just showing vocal skills even doing it on "bended knees" is just as important if not more! This is what sets vocalists or performers apart! One needs to show so much more than how many octaves one can sing as amazing as it is! Waving the mic around for sound effects does not quite do it for me! It would be so absolutely beyond incredibly amazing if he could now learn to sing with the much needed emotion and feeling and really believe in the songs he's singing! I so agree with Faith Hill! There is something to be said for a vocalist who can make you feel so much what they are singing to draw such heart wrenching emotions through you giving you goose bumps and chills, make you cry or feel such overwhelming happiness from the song delivery and or lyric delivery rather than just the sound of going all those octaves as heavenly sounding as they are but without delivering all the heartfelt emotion as well. Faith Hill still gave him a super high score which I totally agree with because there is no denying just how amazing his vocal ability is! He truly has to be the best in the world! Now if only he could deliver the emotions and really believe in and feel what he is singing!

Waving the mic is to show the crowd he's not lip syncing, he has done that on other performances before coming to the US. Lacking emotions? Ah nope he doesn't have enough time to build it up since the song is shorten to such an extend for this kind of program. A shame indeed. Every fans (called Dears) would reply the same thing: YES Dimash could deliver the best emotions and the results would be the same: suprised or pleased expressions, eyes wide open and/or filled with tears, smiles, jaws dropping, getting goosebumps all over your body... Dimash builds up a song, starts slowly then like a rollercoaster will blow our mind with his incredible vocal range, playing with his different tones. A second it's like a whisper, the next a powerful operatic voice, then returning suddently to a more poppish style, and lastly to a soft and tender voice again, ect... what you see on World's Best is just a scratch on the surface of what Dimash is capable of. I still do understand he may not be everyone's cup of tea, and some may only think he is good on high notes (a smaller portion of people even say that it's only screams and not singing, alas). I forgot to mention his humble and generous personnality to top it off haha. Better if you are curious is to watch Dimash's performances for exemple on the chinese show The Singer 2017. You may see why saying that he lacks emotions or got to work on it is wrong (but I insist it's this program's fault to show a two minutes performance instead of a full one results to misunderstandings).
American judges can give maximum of 50. And the other 50 judges behind from all over the world gives 1 point each to add to american judges. So far, TNT boys got the highest score of 99% followed by dimash with 98% during their audition.
