You're right. lvl 1 to 24 with wolfs then swap to hollow palm with astramentis, but instead of smite use volcanic fissure of snaking. After campaign and merc lab, upgrade your flasks and buy ~20-30 Poorjoy's Asylums. I leveled from 1 to 90 in 4 hours.
Ive come to the same conclusion as you, but i see the envy+wolves combo as a bridge between the awkward initial levels (1-14 or so) until you can slot in the hollow palm jewel.
This is the first league I’ve made more than 2 characters and all my alts take a day or two to finish campaign. I think I’ll be giving this method a shot on my next Slayer, that clear speed is insane
Wolves / Envy is so much smoother. You kill one pack at the start of the zone, and run through while gaining passive xp. All you have to do is grab the minion wheel on the left side of the tree (around level 40-50), and slap low level essences on your weapons Hollow palm imo falls off much harder going into act 9/10. Especially on boss fights. You can argue that boss fights (like A10 Kitava) are hard without adds / wolves, but you can just die, kill a pack outside, and the boss insta dies
@@olivermorgado4671 I leveled from 68 - 80 with the same hollow palm setup smoothly. After the Kitava kill, the extra 2 points basically allows us to run Hatred which is a significant boost to our DPS.
Im leveling a trickster with this now. Tried the wolf and envy wands with my berserker and as you said, acts 8-10 felt kinda mid. Just finished act 6 with trickster hollow palm and the damage definitely scales better. But defensively, everything is very precarious. Maaany more deaths than envy wolf. Had to transition out of seven league boots to get some life and res as well as load up in my stygian jewels.
@@archelul0147 one with nothing (hollow palm technique) you just stack dexterity. The flat phys you get and inherent attack speed bonus carries you through the acts. If you run it late game, it would be a slam play style most likely with either a rare phys despot axe or tri elemental axe.
I have all the gear now. I'm level 28 and having a problem keeping my mana up! Also, what weapons are you using? I'm using 1 handed swords but I don't think I should be!
To use hollow palm you have to unequip weapons and gloves, use smite skill gem in your body armor. For mana you can take mana leech nodes on the top right side of the tree or on the bottom right side(there is a single leech mana node, should be enough)
@@jamming8519 Yup that's the whole reason you use the One With Nothing jewel. It lets you scale damage fast and easy and also removes 3 pieces of gear from the whole leveling process.
I think for a right side build u probably wanna go Hollow Palm. For right side I had a good experience leveling with wolves+envy even tho it is correct that using minion damage essence on ur weapon upon reach level 50 is kinda mandatory or ur damage goes off a cliff.
Hollow palm gear is anything but expensive - and having some money to afford leveling gear is the very foundation of Twink leveling, so I don't know what you're trying to say.
@@elantonelle How is a 6 linked 5 red 1 green Briskwrap a 1D? Is minimum 5 D, and trying to get a 6 linked or 5 red in a pure Dex armor would take tons of currency

+1, just tried the wolves tech yesterday and it was terrible (compared to HP) starting act 5.

Volcanic fissure of Snaking is so much better and faster than smite for zoom zoom through levelling.
vfos is 5x better than smite

Thank you! I tried the "new tech" but as you said, it falls out REALLY HARD around act IV.
Same, died about 40 times in act 8 because of the horrendous defense and synergies.
Also try out twink levelling with Blink Arrow, Mirror Arrow. That is the fastest i've ever done at 2hours30minutes
String of Servitude 12-18% dex is another good belt option

Yea Im 50 and have mana problems too. I ran clarity until about 45 to resolve mana issues but it's not great now after dropping it.

Wolves/envy starts losing punch after act 7 where bosses have phases and enemies have higher defenses in general.
