Haha so much resonated with me in this shave lol, titillating scenes in the movies,, hearing yourself on audio tape, lol, and not caring anymore 😂 😂 😂 👍👍😎👌😂
I always looked forward to school after holidays!! Today still in September when there is that special smell in the morning, i think of all the new schoolbooks etc... :)
I don't know how many weeks of summer vacation kids have in the US, but in Germany it's 6 weeks. When I was a kid my parents usually took 2 weeks of vacation in summer so we could go on a trip together. But then there were 4 weeks of vacation left and as a kid I got so bored at some point. So somehow I was happy when school started again.
Since John Carpenter's "Halloween" is my favourite movie of all-time, I'm ecstatic that my favourite RUclips shaver will be dressing up as Michael Myers for Halloween :)
I get castor oil from the soapery in the UK as part of an oil face skin cleanse thing.. Mixed with olive oil it seems to reduce the visibility of pores or "subcutaneous filaments" on my nose. I like them. 👍 Cheers boss. 🥳
The first Hallowe'en film is a favourite of mine, donald pleasance was born one town over from me, a proper local lad. I'd say try one of my home made tallow mint menthol soaps but here in good old blighty the rules on sharing soaps are fairly draconian. I've recently discovered the lea shave stick simple but great!
Signature lineup. Enjoy the Barrister and Mann Terror, that is one I may want to get a sample of. Their Hallows seasonal soap and balm are fantastic (Got their shirt as well). As for social media, I deleted twitter last year and Facebook in spring so that's a few things Im happy to not go back to although I still have Instagram.
Dude you inspired me to get the Parker 99R safety razor and the Gillette Wilkerson sword blades from India. Kinda bumping my head against the wall trying to decide which shaving brush, soap bowl and stand.
Congrats on the 20K subscribers and your incoming birthday! One question: Have you tried the Barbasol variants? ( aloe, sensitive, etc), and which do you like beside the original? thanks.
Hello from Tri Cities, Tennessee! Your videos are always a pleasure. I do have a question. Where does one find a menthol pre shave cube, the one that looks like the Tessseract, from a previous episode? Thank you in advance!
Glad to see you're doing well, getting older stinks, huh? Just like that grunngified Grandpa Grungy I bet. Jokes aside, I'm glad to see you're getting out there and experiencing more artisan soaps. Kaizen (the soap base for A&E soaps) is wonderful, I haven't tried any Barrister & Mann soaps yet but I do hear good things. Artisan soaps and premium razors are just the way we wet shavers pamper ourselves and make the shaving experience more enjoyable and luxurious. You may think this sounds nuts, and maybe it is.... I don't know... But I have spent $300.00 on a premium razor in the past month, and I'm glad i did! It's a titanium safety razor from Timeless Razor and, in my opinion, it was worth the money. Though I'd have to say that, to me, it's on par with my Karve Christopher Bradley safety razor with the C plate (which is only $85.00 tax included).Anyway, hope you have a good week this week and things continue to be going well for you.
I’ve always thought that Risky Business was a pretty good movie with several really good scenes - and none of them better than Rebecca De Mornay on that train! Man, oh man...
It seems that I can’t get a real comfortable shave with a safety razor and canned shave cream though I do try occasionally. Anyone else have that issue?? You should try Grandpa Grungy and a can of Gillette Foamy for a comparison. I like Barbasol too but Gillette may be a little slicker.
Its trial and error. First and foremost- you figure out your skin type, how often your hair grows, and figuring out what’s enough of a shave. I have sensitive skin, so I can’t do three passes. Two is enough. Do not shave against the grain. The multi blades are the best for blindly removing all hair no matter what the grain direction is. DE razors don’t work the same You may need to step up to a greasy foamy shave cream like Cremo or Proraso. Usually if you need 2-3 splashes of water to get the stuff off, that’s a lot of skin protection. Soaps and Brushes… can get pricy quick as a warning lol why I come here to get some feedback From Mr. Lennon Razor- I lucked out cause of the sensitive skin I don’t need anything edgy. But starting with a $30-40 mild- medium razor may help you. Getting an adjustable razor is usually aggressive already, but lightest setting may be the one. More trial and error Buy an assorted razor blade sampler pack. Start easy, do not drag the razor across your face, short - 1-2inch passes, stop and repeat. Ever see those truck rallies where the truck pulls a trailer full of mud until it stops? The truck is your hand, the razor is the trailer and the track is your face. Longer the pass more painful. Wilkinson, Feather, and Astra are sharp as all hell. Derby, Gillette and Bic and Merkur are pretty tame, platinum and chrome coating are comfortable options. Pre-shave cream or vaseline helps prevent razor bumps. Aftershave balm also pretty decent, but gotta use it sparingly so it doesn’t clog pores. After shaving I usually apply 2 drops and then mix in witch hazel and some skin bracer. Hope this helps
Speaking of old safety razors... I shave with one that’s from 70s I guess... but I don’t know the name of it, but the blade is so exposed and it’s so aggressive, anyway... I’d like to find out the name :).
Grandpa Grungy, Barbasol, and Osage Rub….A true SL classic! I hope you and your family continue to stay healthy!

Great shave you want beamed up Scotty here
They sell cubes to plug skylights for RVs might be able to find one that fits yours. Would be easy to pop it in/out.
Great idea!

Hoorah! Barbasol is back. Loved the start.
I'm excited to watch the method shaving video coming up, don't know anything about it, not going to Google about it, gonna wait for your video.

You should try old spice shaving cream and old spice aftershave
Nice video as always and happy early birthday
Such an hilarious one buddy, 🤜🏼💈🤛🏼
Hello Sinatra Lennon, was antique shopping and bought a 46 or 47 gold Gillette Aristocrat with PAL blades that actually still looked pretty darn good.
Have you thought about releasing your videos as a podcast? I would be great to listen to you shave whilst commuting to work

Yup in my 50s I miss my friends some of them are dead
In my country the first cable was launched in 1990s
I'd love it if you tried the Karve Christopher Bradley razor on plate D. It's replaced the Rockwell 6S on plate 5 as my go to razor.
Good vid, thanks. Try The Goodfellas Smile Italico razor. I think it's an excellent budget razor.
Got my wife watching all the original star trek

GRANDPAAAA GRUNDGGYYYYYY!!!!!
Did Kirk authorize the grungy? I'm confident Scotty can clean it up so it doesn't interfere with warp speed.
almost caveman no shower no shave 2 days WOW lol, great video n´shave. Stay Safe. Cheers....Peter

What’s your opinion on a glycerine shaving soap? It looks like it’s not as floofy as the stuff u use
Yessss Michael Myers!!!
Please give poor grandpa grungy a good cleaning lol 😂
Never!

13:26 that’s what I’m better off with Duke canon and cremo aftershave balm with menthol scent and no alcohol or flammable in them.
Beam me up Scotty !!
Ok, my suggestion is try Gillette Pure cream and happy birthday in advance🎂🎆🍾
Definitely, Gillette Pure cream is good stuff. I use it a lot
What is difference between Gillette foam and barbosal?
Interesting fact Spock was supposed to have Red skin strange eyes like a cats and a tail sound familiar?
Q: How did you choose Barbasol?
A: I didn't. Barbasol chose me.
Mr.Lenonn did you know that they have on e-bay Vintage "BARBASOL RAZOR BLADES" ???????????
I’ve got a bunch of those, actually!
So I finally listened and bought that taylor of old bond street but I forgot to buy a brush any recomendations
Any brush that’s synthetic!
