Good morning Brian. I really like that you gave the chipper a good look over and run before using it. So many people just start it up and go, then it breaks down because something is loose or leaking . You got some nice wood chips. Yup the gravity fed is the way to go. Happy chipping with your awesome new Woodland Mills wood chipper.

I have now experience but from I can see from your demo. It looks like a machine that can do the work and not break down as soon as it’s starts chewing some branches…..CHEERS

Fantastic video, Brian. I have no experience with the Woodland Mills chipper, but you did a good check and prep before running it. I have a Wallenstein chipper I bought used about 4 years ago. I'll be using it for the first time in the next few days. I'll run a checklist like yours first!

Good stuff. I love having a chipper. All those chips will be going down on my walking paths throughout the property. Good luck with yours and thanks for stopping by!

I was waiting patiently for this Brian! Love your attention to detail and not rushing things. I’ve always wondered about grinding and cutting inside. Makes me nervous, but that’s just me.
Great success on the first test run! Have a great weekend. Cheers,Mike.

Hi Mike. Glad you enjoyed the video. I'm never really concerned about that kind of grinding and cutting. Of course it's done in my shop. Here's an experiment for you. (i've done this) Set a piece of steel in a vice and then set up a piece of paper behind it to deflect the sparks. Then start grinding. See how long it takes to set that piece of paper on fire. Good luck😆. Sparks like that are often called cold sparks. I just did this kind of thing in my job I never give it any thought past normal safety precautions. That being said, I would never to that kind of thing around a bunch of sawdust or rags. Thanks for stopping by!

How's she goin'? I knew you would be pleased with this chipper. It's a great machine and the hydraulic infeed is what separates it from the other brands. Take 'er easy!!

It looks like a good machine and seems to work well. It does look like the chute is a little low for loading a trailer

So far it's looking really good. The chule folds up out of the way when moving it or hooking up a trailer. I havn't pulled a trailer behind it yet. Thanks for stopping by!
