I love watching the two of you together. There is such a bond of love. You are raising a wonderful boy and you are a wonderful mommy. I think you have a boy who loves his vegetables and that's a great thing. US kids tend to be spoiled when it comes to food and many won't eat them. Since you had some ginger left over maybe you could plant some of it so you won't have to work quite so hard to find it next season.
