In real life in la liga, you're only allowed to give first team players jersey numbers from 1-25. Numbers above that are usually reserved for youth academy and B team players. Do try to make sure the jersey numbers of the players reflect that

Dybala has gotten old and stop growing. I think you start start to play Vitor Roque in matches against weak team, to grow his overall (same with Marc Guiu). Then when they grow above 80, you can think of selling Dybala and start Vitor Roque
