The Samsung browser better idc what anyone says the same thing with the s8 UI in my opinion it looks better than stock android

The Samsung browser I also think is better. It seems a bit better optimized by Samsung for their handsets than Chrome is. Also, being able to install ad blockers in the Samsung browser makes a WORLD of difference in regards to both page load times and scrolling smoothness. As much as these websites love to beg people to keep ads loading on their sites, if you can find a way to make ads not be totally detrimental to the performance of your site, then sure. Maybe I'd consider leaving them on. But with the way many sites love to just LOAD their pages with ads being able to block all that shit is a boon for the Samsung browser.

Samsung browser is an amazing browser. It's light, fast and capable. It supports ad block, fingerprint authentication, and the secret mode is real nice. It's better than chrome, and 3rd party browsers that come with ton of ads.

Changing those particular tabs all from 1x to 0.5x was a HUGE help! Thay are usually my go to case company but I'm not sure yet on how well made the new S8 cases are since there are no reviews of them yet. I have a supcase called unicorn beetle for my s8 if u r planning to get it I don't recommend it because it takes literally allllll the beauty away from the phone

Great video man! After watching this video I had to subscribe. I work for T-Mobile as a Sales Representative and these cool tricks are a very legitimate way to save your battery life and make your phone faster, as I applied these steps on my Galaxy S8. Great video keep em' coming!
Okay having the sensor set your brightness to 30-40% automatically is definitely gonna save battery life compared to leaving it at 70% all the time.
There is an app you can use without root that will allow you to disable all bloat wear. Its a great app. Some apps you may need to go in and re-enable that you use. It's called disable package pro. It lets you disable all bloat wear. Again, it may disable some apps you use so you may need to go back and uncheck them. Awesome app.

These things sound legitimate and I'm going to try all of this. Got rid of so much bloatware and I'm going to disable apps that I know I'm not going to use because he is right.....alot of those apps just run in the background and drain your battery.

Instead of having to deal with the bloatware... would you have rather waited for the S8 unlocked version? Or did you need the S8 as soon as possible to use as content for your channel? I'm waiting for the S8 unlocked and hoping it has all the bands for all the carriers.

People dog Samsung apps so bad but I like most of them over google, I hate native android UI, it looks so childish, with Samsung UI you can customize it how you like.

Just as an FYI becuase it wasn't mentioned in the video. In order to rehide Developer Options again so it's not just sitting there . Go to Settings, Applications, scroll down to Settings again under applications, click Storage, Clear Data. This will then rehide the Developer Options tab until you want to reopen it again in the future.

Activating developer mode is realy helpful for android to make it faster especialy devices with weak cpu and less ram.
The only device that doesn't need it is Xperia,it has the best optimization and ram management.
My XZ2 has 4 gb ram and works much faster then S10 plus with 8 gb.
I'm so glad to see that you can disable the Bixby screen, maybe when it's more developed I'd use it. Remap Bixby button to Google Now, disable Bixby screen and I'll be good to go.

Totally. I just got mine a week ago and I'm totally amazed by this phone. It's really fucking fast, it's beautiful, comfortable, has a pretty good camera. IT's such an amazing phone, I can't describe how much I love IT

Now it's pretty cheap but a very good device
When recording video and you are recording an event which takes longer than 30 minutes, it creates multiple videos.
Recording for 35 minutes - you get a 30 minute and a 5 minute video.
Recording for 65 minutes - you get 2 x 30 minute videos and a 5 minute video.
Problem is it stops the first 30 minute video to make the following 30 minute video, there is a break between the 2 videos and you loose a second or 2 between the 2 videos, thereby missing what someone said or done during the transition time between the first 30 minute video and the 2nd 30 minute video. & between the 2nd video and the 3rd video, etc etc.
How if possible so that there is a continuous recording without the breaks between each 30 minute video ?

What info do you have that smart stay drains battery? Uninstalling Samsung browser? Sounds like you need to research more.

What's good Who cares? Nobody is getting anything but the final version now and the only difference would be some slight U I enhancements. Nothing special tbh
As far as I know, thee are a few software features missing like the bixby photo recognition and the front class has some sensor spots at the top. Oh and some don't have carrier logos lol. So we think they won't come with them I guess.

yeah I've been trying to figure out how to make my currently nonexistant s8 faster
go into battery and put it on power saver and does a great job saving battery
but a horrible job if you wanna do anything besides a phone call, and i'm not trying to turn that feature on & off all the time, takes like 30 seconds each time, fuck that maybe if it was 3 to 5 seconds but 20 to 30

Ricky definitely understands when it comes to battery life and performance on Galaxy handsets. if you have the S8 and S8Plus and the upcoming S8 Active as well as the Note 8 in August.Same for previous Galaxy and Note phones
Hi, I've been having issues with the phone app on my Galaxy S8 plus. Specifically when making or receiving calls. There are times when the other party cannot hear me and vice versa. The phone rights itself after I've turned it off and then back on. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Hi Ricky AKA Tech Guy, I finally just paid off my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. I've been having it for 2 yrs., got it the day it came out then a few months later the S7 came out. I really want the S8+ but right now I have a question for you. I find my phone running hot alot and I have used 81% of my memory. Also the battery doesn't hold a charge all day even if I don't use the phone. Do you have a video of yours you can recommend to me or maybe you can give me some advice. I am a subscriber and I just started saving your videos on the S8. I really want to get one now, but I bet in a few months a better one will come out. Please help. Thanks, Shari

You have to tap it about ten times or so.
why don't you just turn animations off instead of 0.5x
Why does everyone like animations at .5x.
You kinda miss the whole animations. It doesn't make your phone faster actually. Just speeds up the animations.
