The Samsung browser I also think is better. It seems a bit better optimized by Samsung for their handsets than Chrome is. Also, being able to install ad blockers in the Samsung browser makes a WORLD of difference in regards to both page load times and scrolling smoothness. As much as these websites love to beg people to keep ads loading on their sites, if you can find a way to make ads not be totally detrimental to the performance of your site, then sure. Maybe I'd consider leaving them on. But with the way many sites love to just LOAD their pages with ads being able to block all that shit is a boon for the Samsung browser.

Samsung browser is an amazing browser. It's light, fast and capable. It supports ad block, fingerprint authentication, and the secret mode is real nice. It's better than chrome, and 3rd party browsers that come with ton of ads.
People dog Samsung apps so bad but I like most of them over google, I hate native android UI, it looks so childish, with Samsung UI you can customize it how you like.

I have a supcase called unicorn beetle for my s8 if u r planning to get it I don't recommend it because it takes literally allllll the beauty away from the phone

can putting everything to .05 instead of 1x make your phone mess up in any way in the long run? I did this to my note 4 and it actually helped but just curious.

When recording video and you are recording an event which takes longer than 30 minutes, it creates multiple videos.
Recording for 35 minutes - you get a 30 minute and a 5 minute video.
Recording for 65 minutes - you get 2 x 30 minute videos and a 5 minute video.
Problem is it stops the first 30 minute video to make the following 30 minute video, there is a break between the 2 videos and you loose a second or 2 between the 2 videos, thereby missing what someone said or done during the transition time between the first 30 minute video and the 2nd 30 minute video. & between the 2nd video and the 3rd video, etc etc.
How if possible so that there is a continuous recording without the breaks between each 30 minute video ?

Okay having the sensor set your brightness to 30-40% automatically is definitely gonna save battery life compared to leaving it at 70% all the time.

Activating developer mode is realy helpful for android to make it faster especialy devices with weak cpu and less ram.
The only device that doesn't need it is Xperia,it has the best optimization and ram management.
My XZ2 has 4 gb ram and works much faster then S10 plus with 8 gb.

crispin8888 I've done that before and the phone gets choppy especially when going from app to app in multitasking. Had to go back to 0.5.

These things sound legitimate and I'm going to try all of this. Got rid of so much bloatware and I'm going to disable apps that I know I'm not going to use because he is right.....alot of those apps just run in the background and drain your battery.

The latest stupid update changed the nav bar icons to some ugly ones.
Like instead of the nice back arrow, now it looks like the "less than" sign on any keyboard.

Firstly you pay a premium price for all the great features then you turn them off one by one just to save the already crap battery usage. If you use everything as it is, then the probable SOT is going to be 2 hrs or less. This is the Samsung I knew and it won't change. Still people who are brainwashed by them bark for them and buy it without hesitation. After 6 months people started crying coz the lag and lack of updates and swear they won't buy a Samsung again. Next year Samsung launch a new phone and again the brainwashed batch of people go for it. #REPEAT

Hi, I've been having issues with the phone app on my Galaxy S8 plus. Specifically when making or receiving calls. There are times when the other party cannot hear me and vice versa. The phone rights itself after I've turned it off and then back on. Any suggestions? Thank you!
Hi.. You should try Package Disabler pro, it will disable any apk on samsung phones.. Keep up the good work mate.. 👍
There is an app you can use without root that will allow you to disable all bloat wear. Its a great app. Some apps you may need to go in and re-enable that you use. It's called disable package pro. It lets you disable all bloat wear. Again, it may disable some apps you use so you may need to go back and uncheck them. Awesome app.

I always hear them complain about bloatware on phones from carriers. In Scandinavia all mobile operators are prohibited from doing so, well, and we get the Exynos now has the same performance as the Snapdragon 835 (Previously the Exynos variant was 10-15% faster), but it still has better Battery management, such as the 1440p screen only using up 1% more battery in a full day than the normal 1080p.
Why don't you condense two videos into one instead of making numerous redundant videos? For example: the phone review and the AKG earbud review. Those could be one review but they're not. People aren't going to watch if the upload frequency is nuts.

game launcher does not make the battery last longer by turning it on your wrong about that it actually makes the battery run down faster...I should know I use it constantly playing certain games its best turning it off if you don't play games on your device another thing disabling google on your device also saves battery but in you video you say to keep it running in the background when really its better for the batter if you go into settings and disable google completely which I have always done apps only consume more battery if the app is running in the background so how is leaving google running going to help save the battery dude I don't think you really know what your talking about oh also how is video enhancer going to save battery this is probabley the worsesetting to use out of them all it will drain the battery twice as quick

I've tried it on my S8 and it doesn't work.
I've spoken(3 months ago) to the tech guy and he sent me their latest APK, and even that didn't work.
I think Samsung tweaked the Oreo OS(which I have) so that we cannot deactivate their company apps.

As far as I know, thee are a few software features missing like the bixby photo recognition and the front class has some sensor spots at the top. Oh and some don't have carrier logos lol. So we think they won't come with them I guess.

Hi Ricky AKA Tech Guy, I finally just paid off my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. I've been having it for 2 yrs., got it the day it came out then a few months later the S7 came out. I really want the S8+ but right now I have a question for you. I find my phone running hot alot and I have used 81% of my memory. Also the battery doesn't hold a charge all day even if I don't use the phone. Do you have a video of yours you can recommend to me or maybe you can give me some advice. I am a subscriber and I just started saving your videos on the S8. I really want to get one now, but I bet in a few months a better one will come out. Please help. Thanks, Shari

Instead of having to deal with the bloatware... would you have rather waited for the S8 unlocked version? Or did you need the S8 as soon as possible to use as content for your channel? I'm waiting for the S8 unlocked and hoping it has all the bands for all the carriers.

You have to tap it about ten times or so.
I'm so glad to see that you can disable the Bixby screen, maybe when it's more developed I'd use it. Remap Bixby button to Google Now, disable Bixby screen and I'll be good to go.

You should do a video comparing battery drain compared with the different screen resolutions.also should redo the s8 plus vs iphone plus with all these changes.
My battery drains bad when playing games
Just as an FYI becuase it wasn't mentioned in the video. In order to rehide Developer Options again so it's not just sitting there . Go to Settings, Applications, scroll down to Settings again under applications, click Storage, Clear Data. This will then rehide the Developer Options tab until you want to reopen it again in the future.
Developer options trick definitely made my phone faster. Apps became nearly instantaneous., at least the simple ones.
Some of the things you are saying are flat out wrong. For example auto brightness saves a lot of battery!
PopsGG well yeah by reducing screen brightness, but the sensors that detect the amount of light are consistently working the instant you turn your screen on, which killed battery more , so it's easier to adjust it yourself
