What I love about Hailee’s performance is that she made Kate not afraid of being emotional. I love characters like that because that to me, is what makes a character lovable and relatable.
Watching this makes me realize one thing... Clint's hesitance on calling Kate his partner and their progress to become partners is like a beautiful way of grieving for Natasha, a partner he lost. As well as believing in himself to be worthy as a partner to anyone again.

Being a hero comes with a cost. You'll lose friends, you'll lose family, you'll get stabbed in the back. It takes strength to keep going despite those losses. Kate has always had that strength, her mother just never saw it.
thanks for the feedback. i do most of my edits with a 16:9 ratio, unless the edits are a character study or tribute. in these cases, i just use the original ratio for aesthetics purposes. since hawkeye was shot in cinemascope, i just kept the original format which is 1920x800.
