Very nice. Super eager to get them in person. I totally enjoyed the bottled oud (apple-cinnamon beast with a side of oud) I expect these flankers to perform similarly.

Recently starting to get interested in OUD... I bought the Boss OUD and really like it as a daily office fragrance .... during weekends or occasions I will use Tom Ford Tobacco OUD

Chris! Amazing review with these two new releases! Boss is a house that never kinda interested me. Not too sure why, but lately I've heard their flankers are doing really well. Aromatic sounds more up my alley, and as you said, rose and oud have been done before together. I loved the bottle spins in the beginning! That's the spin we need in the fragrance community!

I have been waiting for these and went to Debenhams the other week to have a sniff but they didn't have any testers 😠 I have tried lots of Oud rose combos and have found that the combo works really well on my skin. Saying that, I'd want to try something different now. I thought the Boss Bottled Oud was very pleasant but you're right there isn't much Oud in there. Listening to your views, I think I might like the Oud Aromatic. Great video as always.!

Nice video. I am looking forward to tryin the aromatic. They ain't easy to find around yet. Will have to wait till I get a nice little decant. It sounds more along the line of boss orange which is a much warmer more mature scent than bottled

I got both of them for a steal (dirt cheap) for both the 100ML. Mainstream perfume stores in the Netherlands don't have these nor heard from. Enjoy both of them but like the Oud Saffron a little bit more. Once the oud scent subsides the original Bottled DNA comes submerging.. again, like them both but slight preference for the Oud Saffron. Great review mate. I have Private Accord and it was one of my best purchases last year. I have Bottled Oud...fancied one of these two. The Aromatic seemed slightly less challenging for me. Not sure why they waited so late to bring out these two, given we're in spring.
I love Private Accord. Even more than the Ouds!

Congrats on 10 thousand subs. I have a theory that the hype boss bottled oud original got on RUclips last year prompted the creation of these flankers. Could be wrong. Just a guess. Saw these new ones in store last well. Liked them but I was testing a lot of fragrances that day and may have hone nose blind so will test there two again soon. Enjoyed hearing your take on these new releases.

Boss bottled Oud is quite possibly my favourite fragrance I own...it's a very masculine eastern smell...I'm hoping to get these soon...atb Lee

Great review man. I am struggling to find an Oud fragrance I like. There are some notes in fragrances in the past that took almost a year to learn to appreciate. And now I really like those said notes. I've heard Oud is a note you either love or hate. But I really want to be fair and sample some more options. I'll check out the Saffron, but anything else you might personally suggest that is a nice Oud dominate fragrance? Keep up the great content
Thanks. I adore Tom Ford Tobacco Oud and Nasomatto Pardon. In these the Oud provides a punchiness but doesn't overdo the animalic barnyard type of smell.

Came here from the Fragrance Apprentice because of the Oud Aromatic. Sounds really interesting. I like green fragrances and this seems like it's got something unique going on from ouds I've smelled which is really low. Going to have to sample that one.

I smelled both of these at dubai airport, personally i really liked the smell of one of these but can't remember the name. I guess it's aromatic as it's orange notes. I am bot sure but i am waiting for them to be launched in india!! A must buy if you like oud touch!!

Nicely done! I tried these in debenhams last week, not impressed, oud saffron was ok but i wouldn’t purchase it and the aromatic one was pretty horrible to my nose tbh hehe, just not my thing, maybe too mature smelling, i have boss bottled oud which i enjoy and I’m not even an oud fan but the oud isn’t that predominant, boss bottled intense edp is my favourite.

Picked up Oud Saffron yesterday for a very good price but like it more than the aromatic.
Update, picked up Oud Aromatic as well, slightly higher in price but wanted them in my collection next to the Oud version.
I try to buy them several times since release date, but i couldn't find them.

Hugo boss oud Saffron is really really good.
Got the entire oud lineup. Hugo Boss Oud Aromatic however is really bad compared to the others. Not single family member or colleague likes it and so do i

Great review! Damn, that's disappointing. I was really looking forward to the Oud Aromatic. Something about my 2 favorite notes, Neroli/Orange Blossom & Oud as dominant notes together in a fragrance sounds righteously good. Couple reviews on Fragrantica also state no oud in the Aromatic Oud. Shame.

Boss saffron smells like a fragrance worn by an elder lady who smokes. It doesn’t smell like men’s Oud, more like a perfume.

I have difficulty liking this brand. Not much in the hype of the private Accord. Their is something that I don’t like in the notes!
