He has done this before. Check his documentary on Netflix and other RUclips vids
@TaketheK I N G D O M when you throw a concert you’re supposed to have safety plans in place to prevent these kinds of things. 1) inadequate security 2) evidence of Travis telling his fans to crash the concert 3) when you pay for VIP tickets for example their shouldn’t be any issues with you section, the fact that there was issues in the EXPENSIVE section tells you that Travis and company didn’t fund this festival properly 4) Travis saw the ambulance and resumed the concert while it was in the crowd 5) Travis saw a passed out fan being carried out (there’s a video on this) 6) guards came and told him to stop the show, he said no thanks and resumed 7) I can go on but you should just look at other videos or TikTok’s of attorneys breaking drown crimes committed by Travis and company
I've worked in event management for many years.
I'd really like to hear you guys talk about this again,.. AFTER you've seen all the videos on Reddit. One time I was at a huge sold out arena show for Incubus. Everyone was in a trance. They stopped the entire show cuz these two guys started fighting. Everyone was completely silent. We could only hear the band and the 2 guys. They said they don't play if people are fighting. Security was going to take them out, but they told security to stop. Made the 2 guys apologize and promise not to do it again. They did so, and they brought the vibe right back into a trance immediately after. It was so dope watching them control the vibe of 10k people like that.
Honestly if I was a manager at that venue. I would have gotten on stage and talked to Travis Scott immediately. If he told me to fuck off I would have grabbed a mic, got on stage, stopped everything, and coordinated a safe situation for everyone there. I don't care if my job, or a lot of money is at stake.
^This is the most sensible thing I've heard on this matter.
Good point
Heyyyy someone with actual experience is talking and making good points. I put most of the blame on the crew who didn't stop the show, and Travis is second to blame.
Btw I've seen Incubus live twice and they are amazing. Always a good crowd.
One more thing. This year at Day N Vegas Lil Uzi showed up half an hour late and was planning on raging past his allotted time. He was going hard for 15 minutes, and people were losing their shit. Then towards the end of his time, they cut his mic. And he left. Obviously some people were pissed, and so was he, but he couldn't voice that because he didnt have a mic. Thats literally all Live Nation had to do was cut his mic.
incubus is legend
The victims are the people who died, the performers and organizers are to be blamed with negligence and lawsuits are coming.
True. Can't trust or expect fans to behave in a sane manner.

I had no idea who Travis Scott or Astroworld fest was before this incident. I'm from Houston and live in Houston. Im 38yr old and maybe I'm just disconnected 🤷♂️. I remember going to Astroworld as a kid and think it's pretty cool that it is trying to be brought back. Astroworld was this badass theme park in the 80s and 90s. I have so many great memories from Astroworld. The Texas Cyclone, Greezed Lightning, the Batman Ride,, I could go on and on....these were fucking badass rides that are worthy of looking up on yt. In the late 90s early 2000s it got ghetto af and nobody wanted to go there anymore. And this iconic theme park closed down. It was heartbreaking to ALL Houstonians. I hope something good can come out of all this. No point to really make here. Just letting people know a little history about Astroworld.

At this point it’s quite sad if people are still questioning his involvement or defending him. Like bruh, if you can’t see where Travis is at fault and are unable to line up the facts then idk who could convince you. Doesn’t mean you can’t like dude’s music still, I’m mad he ruined Utopia.
This should open some eyes that Utopia was never real.
I mean exactly..... I been listening to his music last couple days but I can still realize he fucked up badly on this one.
I went to a Tyler The Creator concert in 2019. Within five minutes of the show I was being smushed and couldn’t breathe. I had to be jump the front fence so I could breath. I told myself never again.
Go home Rodger
Tia and Tamara in my bed I’m a smart guy
Same happened to me at a nirvana concert when I was 14. That was like, ‘92. Ive been to a ton of shows since but have never gone into the crush.
I can’t believe how far back from the stage the crush was still going on. It looks like hundreds of yards from the footage I’ve seen. Scary as hell.
I swore I saw this exact comment on Reddit
Bruh same thing happened to me and my ex at camp flog gnaw 2015.. we’re both short as fuck and we got bodied being all the way in the front 😂 shit feels like you can’t breathe in those crowds.
*Originally commented about T Scott urging a dude to jump from the balcony during his show, but had my facts wrong. The guy he told to jump wasn’t hurt. Some other guy got pushed off the balcony later and was partially paralyzed. Just wanted to correct that. Still pretty reckless, but didn’t wanna leave wrong info up.
Fans still need to take personal accountability for sure, but I think Trav needs to chill with that shit or be held more accountable himself. You can have a wild show and still treat people like humans. Ultimately, 8 young people aren’t waking up tomorrow cause dude fans the flames and actively promotes a chaotic vibe at his shows.
The thing I like about Travis is that he's not telling people to do stuff he wouldn't do. I seen him climb up the side of the stage (where the speakers were hanging) just to rage and perform.
R.i.p. to the 8
If these people know what's gonna happen why would they still go to them knowing what might happen
@@DjR3aper So he's an idiot leading more idiots?
I heard that he (Travis) tried to get the paralysed dude on stage
Explain how the Travis is responsible, please.
He can't make people do anything, and he definitely didn't tell them to trample people to death. Also, it isn't the artist job to hire proper security and make sure medical staff is on site, they have a team of people for that.
Yo Travis and his crew are responsible for this. Ain’t no defending him on this one. There’s plenty of evidence of Travis doing bad stuff to his audience. Like stop. He had the power to stop the concert and he did nothing! Police asked his crew to stop the event 30 min earlier. The camera people were told somebody died in the crowd, Travis saw a dead fan getting dragged out, people were screaming at the stage for help. Like I love you guys but y’all are becoming out of touch, 8 people died in this and you guys are praising Travis concerts.
I love how other rich folks navigate the story for other rich folks
Depending on who they are 😂😂😂
TALE AS OLD AS TIME. IT'S COOL FOR THEM BUT NOT US.
He stood chanting over dying bodies
how was he suppost to know they were dead
If you see a bundle of bodies lying on the floor you might want to stop performing/chanting
The whole thing looked and felt ominous as fuck. Like it was a ritual.
He was told people were dying in the middle of the concert two times and he told the messengers to get lost m.ruclips.net/video/FhCN5R2uU4M/видео.html
Someone should banish the demon.
Has no one brought up the fact of just how creepy the entire situation was with the promos/posters and the stage set up? shit looked like it's what they wanted to happen
See you on the other side
It’s his aesthetic
Remember that Linkin Park's concert when they stopped the entire concert when a person fell?
- when someone falls?
- you pick them up!
I can't get my head around at how people are taking this so lightly... this is a tragedy and actions need to be taken
In this instance, I think it's a clout thing. Don't say how you really feel because it may risk your social-climbing success.
People are responsible as well as Travis and his team, security guards, the medics, Live Nation, etc.
Thank you and but putting this on Travis we’re doing the doing live nation a favour
But you know Ceñebrities run everything
It’s def on Travis it’s his concert and he is definetly encouraging their behavior.
Rule no. 1 of a mosh pit: If someone falls, you pick them up.
Medical staff complained they didn’t have Defibrillators or hardly any medical equipment at all. Making sure actual medical teams are there, fully stocked, is important, and a flare is probably a good idea for a medical team that apparently can’t get into communication with the artist
People didn’t even have water
Kinda wish most people in the rooms first thought wasn’t “this is a promotional opportunity” no one is talking about the actual event just how dead people can be used in future projects
He can't make people do anything, and he definitely didn't tell them to trample people to death. Also, it isn't the artist job to hire proper security and make sure medical staff is on site, they have a team of people for that.
I was a professional musician for 13 years and when it comes to “seeing someone pass out” in the crowd comment…it’s very normal…even at sold out club shows…MUCHLESS at these big ass festivals….not saying anyone is right or wrong…but from the musicians stand point you see people passing out all the time
Yea but a lot of musicians stop and make sure those people are okay especially when you have an all ages show and you have children there
He had to see groups of people fall and not get up or beg for help tho. I see what you're saying but this is super messed up
@@soso-mx8nb nah I totally agree if he could actually see it, it’s totally fucked up…
@@AndreaRaelloserloverloner yeah….these are just different crowds too…i played in hard rock/metal bands and when someone falls they were always picked up….even playing in front of 100,000 people they get picked up….sucky shit for sure
Definitely poor crowd control. It became a riot at the metal detectors.
Every year when Lollapalooza takes place there are over 100K people, who attend the music festival and they haven't been deadly issues like Travis' music festival👀🤔🤔
I feel bad for young people these days.. I’ve been avoiding crowds/crowded spaces for years and being 32 it’s not so bad, but I really feel for today’s youth trying to make sense of this insane world while dealing with the ever growing risks associated with just enjoying your life.. stay safe out there kids, use your brain and follow your gut, you get bad vibes get gone fast 🤙🏻
Saw Travis at Bonnaroo a couple years back... All he Did was scream more fire and violence at the top of his lungs
Only time I've been Travis Scott was at Lollapalooza in Chicago. Dude didn't even make it through one song before he told the crowd to get on stage. And then he got shut down and arrested.
Sorry but I partly blame Travis. Bottom line, he should've stopped the show when he saw the ambulance. This will put an end to these big venues.
I blame the organizer, project manager and PD more. He can’t see everything.
Pretty reasonable take from everyone else here haha
He's 30yo making music for people half his age. He doesn't care at all. He knows what he's doing. It's money.
Lmao this is dumb af. So cos hes 30 he has to make music for 30 year olds? He knows that people are dying at his shows? He shouldn’t make money from his music? The artist on stage performing should take responsibility when there is security and management and venue organisers around? Allow it man
What does being a 30 year old artist have to do with anything
@@vsam3861 he could've had the decency to stop the fucking show bro. He saw ambulances in the crowd and barely said shit and continued the show. The security staff isn't responsible for saving lives and there have already been several guards that have said they got hired via text and weren't prepared. Yeah there were a lot of people to blame but he should've had the decency to stop the show.
@@pickitflipit I don’t think you’ve ever been to a live event. There were 200,000 people. There was smoke and psychedelic lights on stage not to mention the speakers that were loud af. How do you expect him to see some flashing lights in the crowd and stop the whole show. Not to mention, ITS NOT HIS RESPONSIBILITY. If you go to a basketball game and the crowd starts fighting LeBron isn’t going to go stop it is he. Think about it bro…
@@vsam3861 Thats the dumbest godamn analogy I've ever heard in my fucking life and because of such a stupid response, you have a good day sir.
I think Travis will be uninsurable for live in person events at least for a few years. He’ll probably continue with his Fortnite events.
Fortnite just dropped him
@@billwayne6775 Good this man is dangerous
The thing is that it took Houston Fire Depart, Houston Police, and the organizers 40 minutes to decide whether or not the show would stop. Ultimately we’ll know more depending on the facts of that specific situation.
The thing is … all he had to do is stop for the crowd to stop jumping up and down.
"Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups" - Old F**k Georgy
Nobody wants to admit it, but this is the main issue. Travis for the most part is an easy scapegoat.
Wtf… Andrew, common. Plus you’re crew are a bunch of yes men.

@@drwalka10 He's quite literally the one person in the venue that everyone would listen to. If he stopped performing then the attention would be forced to go to the people who are needing help. This isn't new or unprecedented. Performers stop all the time when there's an emergency in the crowd. People defending Travis in this instance are braindead. He literally watched a dead body get carried out and kept performing. Zero awareness. He was also the one encouraging people to break in, so yes, he is directly responsible for the tramplings. Security has no shot against a flood of people being egged on to rebel and ignore security. Find better heroes. This one ain't worth fighting for.
9:30 bruh he had a earpiece you can see he’s listening to someone updating the situation AND crowd is screaming stop the show. Cmon
im kind of disappointed in them. them trying to sound like the "devils advocate" actually comes off as denial
Signing a waiver can’t protect you from criminal liability. People have died. If they continued organizing shows knowing that people could die because of the way it is organized, that could become criminal negligence and even be considered negligent homicide. So I don’t think that would happen.
If you buy a ticket to a show and you tick the terms and conditions box that stated you're liable if you engage in any of the conduct and die ect. Wouldn't that be similar to when you go skydiving for instance you sign a waiver saying if anything goes wrong the company is not liable because you know the risks involved?
@@Dante-xc9hx Maybe? But I'm not sure that would work legally. Skydiving is an extreme sport in which it's marketed as something that could potentially cause death. No concert or festival ever advertises itself as something that could cause deaths

Funny to watch the hollywood come out of Andrew Schulz because he is a performer. NRG, Live Nation , And Travis are 100% Liable.
I just find it fascinating that someone named "Travis" is so wildly popular.
The guy walking around with a needle is like literally a urban legend you hear as a kid to get you to not go to concerts
Such an unintelligent conversation.
Telling people to hop the gate in an already oversold crowded venue is the equivalent of screaming fire in a crowded movie theater. He’s liable… RIP Travis Scott assets.
Flair gun with a special color would be good. Like a purple flair that means shows over go home. Would be useful for all sorts of stuff.
I've never even heard one of his songs . He's a hamburger.

Until this, never heard of him, i guess he s famous, but i still dont know whom he his
It's definitely his responsibility, it's his festival and he literally encouraged them to overcrowd.
I'm going to go on a limb and say you never been to a rowdy festival
Travis was really on demon time that night
Andrew wild for brining up the Vegas massacre in correlation 🤭😭💀
How and why did no one from his team go up to him and let him know to stop? Massive concerts have security with radios and ear pieces. They all are connected and talking. You can literally turn the breaker off to the music, I don’t get it.
That's what I'm saying. Someone in his team literally should've just cut everything. He's there to perform and they are there to help his performances go smoothly as possible. If they knew someone or multiple people were in a very bad state health wise why did not one manager go cut the cord, like aye man there's some serious shit going on we gotta stop this. Yeah Travis probably would've been mad but I'm sure once they explained the situation he would've understood. Whoever just let him stay up there and perform is really the most accountable

That stampede must’ve been like Jon Snow in the Battle of the Bastards
In Germany the band System of a Down did a festival where people died during moshpits aswell.
Since that incident, larger concerts in Germany have something called "Wellenbrecher" to separate the crowd into bits -> creating guarded leeways between those.
Furthermore, those partials have rough filling counts and get closed for entry if too full.
Yeah, it's really easy to avoid this kind of accidents
just casual demons on the screen, while people are dying
Aba and preach had great view Travis has a previous track record, the event manager of live Nation who produced who have a prior history and the security who didn't inform him
Not gonna lie, sometimes Andrew comes with the most insightful takes, I be surprised occasionally.
His takes were complete shit in this vid, though.
If u don't hold Travis responsible you shouldn't talk on this... Way too much evidence against him.
If you've got a platform like that and people sincerely listen to you, you've got to decide whether you're going to be a human vector for chaos, pain, and negativity or if you're going to spread more positive things. Was there anything good or positive about this event? Did people go just for the chaos?
