Great Kata! However, the only feedback I would give is that this kata isn’t supposed to be a rush through. Sone parts are speedy; eg: Counts 10-13, but aren’t zoomed by as the moves do need a bit of power too! Cheers!
Thankyou so much i will take that into consideration when practicing for nationals this year. I think the main reason is because of being nervous however it definitely needs to be worked on

I would say that’s the way how I was taught the kata. It’s your karate journey, so it’s up to you. 👍
