  • Learn 5 exercises to improve learning.
    1. The Gravity Glider: helps release tension in the hips, lower back and leg muscles. When you lengthen a muscle, it helps you focus.
    2. Earth and Space Buttons: strengthens moving the eyes vertically as well as horizontally without losing one’s place, as in reading columns for math or reading text.
    3. Double Doodles: engages the shoulders and arms to develop eye-teaming skills, eye-hand coordination and improve movement skills.
    4. Lazy 8s: improves crossing of the visual midline to help eliminate letter and number reversals, while relaxing the eyes, neck, and shoulders.
    5. Hook Ups: calming movement to encourage relaxation and self- regulation.
