As a result, your bids may not be fully optimized. 100% of spend is limited by your max. bid limit. should i increase the bid limit or the daily budget? thanks for your help

Hello bro, if you are talking about shopping campaign you recommended to start with maximize clicks and check you CTR by the time to increase it and your CPC is much higher you can't be profitable at that price.
