Anything with potato, well I am Irish, has me hooked and India has many recipes that put this vegtable top of the pile.. If I remember this is from Gujarat.. I focus mainly on Goan and Keralan cuisine, as I lived there, so further south. Sorry I'm ranting on.. Just a thank you this is going on my street food list. LOVE :-)
