If they looked this good out the box, I'd probably be tempted to purchase one... or three. I still can't believe how dirty they did the JP Raptors, of all the Dinosaurs.
these look better than the stock bits, but I'm gonna pass, i think the MarcoMakes kit looks a bit better and the feet (toes, more accurately) still have the side tilt

I'm thinking of repainting a hammond collection raptor but taking the battle damage blue head and installing it on the hammond collection figure even if the raptor squad will inevitably be released sometime down the line. Just thought it'd be a fun experiment because I have 1 extra of each figure.
you also need to get replacement teeth for the hammond collection T rex, and replacement feet for the indoraptor.
Can't wait to get mine!

Hi, I am not sure if you had a chance to work on this in a previous video, but were you able to use the replacement teeth/eyes from Syrett Tech for your Hammond Collection T-rex?
I was gonna ask that to a while back theres a video on ig but I ended up damaging mines really bad 👎
@@ericv234 same with mine, apparently some people's Rexes had a harder material for the head which cracked easier, and Mattel used a ton of glue on mine, no amount of heat would dissolve it.. really unfortunate
@@SpoodleyDoodles yes the little pegs and pegs holes were all melted even the eyes were all melted the hinges from the lower jaw and the upper jaw ended up breaking smh some one didn't a sorry job at the mattel production line! I emailed them if I can buy a replacement head but no reply.

How do you prevent the super glue from making the claws look white when the glue dries?
Do you know what kind of hip joints are used in the Hammond Collection figures? I have a Dilophosaurus that has a really loose hip. It turns nicely, but moving it outwards away from the body it is super loose.

In all honesty i prefer the stock raptors. It feels a bit more natural to me than the emaciated snoot

Soooo much better than the garbage Mattel barfed out. Too bad he doesn't have replacement "shins", since they look way too thin even with the improved feet.

The problem is that its $32 per kit, i could buy the hammond collection ceratosaurus from less and the capture and crush truck for the same price. If it were like $12-$15, then we'd be talkin.

@@theinkslicer I get that but I'd much rather cut down the feet to make them smaller than pay $32 for all of that. plus I'd also rather put that money towards the upcoming JP3 raptors since from the looks of it they have the enhanced neck articulation like the dilo.

why don't these people just make some third party figures, if you're buing the Mattel ones just to complain and customize them in the end with third party kits, then just get third party figures that are more accurate and probably better overall
