I'm thinking of buying a 1/18 scale 1987 Porsche 962 Le Mans. Two companies manufacture it: Norev and Spark Model. The latter sells it at a much higher price. What is your opinion on which one is worth it, and what are the differences between the two products? Thank you!
Hi Tyler ✌️. I have them both from Norev and Spark. First when i bought the Norev for about 60€ i was very happy. But after a while and more looking into the Details i noticed the wrong height of the car and strange rear tyre proportions. It was modt notible when it stands next to the Spark 956LH from 1983. For .ore quality i would recommend the Spark. But thats the the opinion of a very picky german 😅. Now i have the 1982, 1983 and 1987 Winners all siting next to each other and im really happy.
Beautiful collection. Question: How well made and detailed would you consider that silver Mini Champs Turbo S to be in comparison to the Rowe racing GT3 from spark ? How nice do you consider that turbo S to be ? I cannot find it in Spark ( silver ), and I still do not know if I should get this mini champs ) what do you think of its details ? paint, shape, rims, interior, windows, tail fin ? What is your honest opinion putting price aside ? thank you for your opinion on this.
Hi, thanks. The 992 Turbo S is well made for its price of 110€. The Benefits of a Minichamps is that it's not that fragile as a Spark resin model. I would have bought a Spark version but I really wanted the Turbo S in GT Silver "Launch spec". Interior is not that special in complete Black. Unfortunately it don't have any opening parts. I would wait for an opening parts version from Minichamps. Its very possible it already in making by them. They made the 991 turbo s with fully opening parts. The Spark 991.2 GT3 R ROWE Racing is another level of detail. Very detailed by also very fragile. Both models are for sale on my "go to website for modelcars" Ck-Modelcars. Don't know ur region but in Germany they deliver in 2-3 days
@@diecast118 Oh, thank you for replying. I’m in Colombia, South America so my Porsches from Ck models take about six weeks to arrive here. I love my Rowe Gt3, The Coca Cola Porsche is also as detailed with the added benefit that is very glossy. i might order the Turbo S thanks to your advise. You have a lovely collection already.
@@CONEJOMAC2 Glad I could help :). I'm about to make separate videos of my cars for a more detailed look if you're interested. Yeah the 992 Turbo S in gt silver is really stunning. Unfortunately Spark only did a dark green metallic one.
You know what to collect 👌🏻👌🏻
