i was just searching around for some bdo stuff and strumbled upon your video. This is really lovely explanation and a great guide even for a player like me that have messed just a slighly bit with the ui setting
Hey! I'm new at the game, i played Black desert mobile a lot and recently got a good PC, can I get some advices? I get lost easily with the bunch of keys for the attacks and that... Maybe recommend a video of that? Key layout and those things? Also good video!
What class are you playing? The best way to achieve what you're trying to do would be to join your class' discord, read their FAQ & guides, watch videos on your specific class, and honestly just play a lot; BDO is one helluva game lol. BUT... I can give you one piece of advice... take it slow! Learn 2 or 3 skills and that's it; master those, even if it takes weeks, then throw in one more skill. Let me know what class you picked and I'll try to see if I can help more!
You could have mentioned to properly close and reopen the game after done with the UI setup, because my game crashed shortly after the cleanup.. And then BDO resets to last login settings..
That's a bug that PA needs to fix... hasn't happened to me before, so I wouldn't have had any way of knowing to mention that Just another glitch they need to work on I guess 🤷 But also I don't know if even that would have fixed it, there's been numerous times in the past few years in which I've had to reset my UI, relogging or not
@@hyperglhf Ok that last part does indeed sound like a bug, However In my point of view now, it is actually a safety precaution from BDO which seems to be a good thing.. Like in if you somehow bricked the game with your settings, they revert it back for you.. That should actually be considered reasonable after all.. Thanks for lookin into this..
They made it so hard to comfortably play this game it’s ridiculous.. Final Fantasy XIV is way easier to set up. And I can actually play with K/M. BDO is a pretty game but having to get knowledge to progress and with No keyboard pc set up for console… makes this game unplayable even now sinds PS5 can handle the game

How the hell do I make the tool tips font larger? It's so tiny even at 1440P.
esc > edit mode > interface scale > adjust higher

Nope! At 64+ it's more efficient to grind with scarecrows.
