Thanks for sharing your experiences. I saw another video where they liked to use links of chain with their Anchor Trolley so they could adjust the weight as needed.
The problem with that is the amount of noise that chains make. Some of the smaller dumb fish may stick around but the big girls are going to be nowhere around that chain
