In his second official visit to Union Territory of Ladakh, Sikyong Penpa Tsering meetsthe Governor of Ladakh, Shri Tashi Gyaltson, Chief Executive Councilor of Ladakh, Thiksay Rinpoche former MP, and other spiritual heads of Ladakh and extends heartfelt gratitude and seek their assistance in improving welfare of exiled Tibetans. In his 10-day visit he visited all 9 Jangthang areas and 12 camps of Sonamling Tibetan Settlement and thoroughly assessed the welfare of Tibetans.
