one doubt mam,
you told, there is increase is a.a comitans in 1st molar and incisor area in localized aggresive periodontitis, the body fights back. it remain local to those teeth only.
but then you told highlighting point, there is lack of inflammation in LAP. (?how come? localized destruction was due to bacteria i.e due to inflamation only na )
