I work in the Information Center. Today was a hard day. But your video made me smile as it reminded me that it is possible to change career path.

This episode was (pivotal) for me. I realized that my bilingual experience solely comes from working in a call center, which no longer aligns with my goals. Indeed, being in a job like that isn't very pleasant. Therefore, everything that you both said was exactly what I needed to make my decision.
also thanks for the "Bs"(bullshit) explanation hehe.
I want to share a word with you guys the word is "pivotal" It means fundamental.
