Sorry took me long to reply.
As per BlueBerries YT, 100 PvE DMG bonus = 1.2% DMG. 1-grid PvE DMG Bonus nexus module can go up to 250 PvE DMG Bonus at Lv 10. If we follow BlueBerries' guide, that will translate to 3% DMG. On the other hand, 1-grid MDMG Bonus % nexus module can go up to 5% at Lv 10. If we compare those, MDMG is 2% better than PvE DMG Bonus.
Disclaimer though, I might take BlueBerries' guide with a grain of salt. The conversion is just merely calculated approximation and not the absolute conversion of PvE to DMG%.

@sejisen2346 You can stick to Dark Frames until Lv 103 (iirc DFs are Lv 99?) then move to Bathory if you can get 110% exp gain bonuses.
