Kaela certainly likes to flex, but this isn't the case. As she said once before - she would like more people to play Minecraft and if she can help them on their adventures or grind stuff for them so they don't have to do chores - she's willing to do it
Like she says, it's only if they ask, or a special considered gift. Iroha was able to do most things herself already, and Kaela had to finally sleb when Iroha asked her for help, so she gifted her the green trim because she knew it would be something special for her. Hajime got taken netherite mining because she asked and Kaela was free.

So the gist of it is that, it's not for trivial reasons, but rather to help out the community as a whole. If someone asks for her help, she's willing to help.
So it's not necessarily out of kindness, but she believes that it's helpful for the other players.
Like any God. Kaela trades in favors. Kaela is Kind, because she offers help first. then in time, the kindness is either returned, or it spreads. those given kindness give kindness to others. and if it so happens they don't return the favors. then no more favors is given to them. this is among one of the many reasons Kaela is God.
