I lived in Amsterdam for a little while and really liked listening to your review in Dutch, but being able to understand it because of the subtitles. It’s a good way to learn some Dutch! But regards the book, if you tried it out, how did you find the aubergine recipe? I am not very keen on aubergines (& cooking them is a nightmare as you can identify with! Hehe) but my Mum loves Japanese aubergine dishes so wondered if you ever gave that one a go. I don’t blame you if you didn’t 😂 Great review, thank you

I will look into the subtitels for RUclips, maybe we can use that! :-) The book is so beautifully made and worth reading/buying. Recipes are awesome. Sometimes there are strange combinations but I will try them too. Exciting! :-D
