I think it’s hard to say! I love how quick the biscuit ones are and for a pastry for of breakfast they’re perfect, but the fluffy are a lovely texture and just so decadent! Idk both so good! I could see myself making the biscuit ones more though just because they’re quicker!
I think I would like the flakey!! Don’t get me wrong I love a traditional cinnamon roll. I make yours from the cookbook all the time! But, I always have leaned towards less sweet treats like scones, croissants, biscuits etc. I cannot wait to make these for my family!!

The biscuit rolls look like cinnamon cookies that I make at Christmas, but I love the fluffy rolls warm too! I let eaters decided if they want confectioners sugar on top. 😊

I LOVE the first recipe. Can you double or triple the first recipe in one bowl? I know you did a Christmas gifts episode and separated the different gifts into different bowls but I’m wondering if I could just make a big batch of the dough for several days worth of rolls for the freezer!
Currently making the fluffy ones first as they're my favourite... So far 😋 But we'll see if that remains the same. My dough has become a dticky mess, I think my hands/home was too warm? Anyway, ive let it sit and rest so time will tell. As long as the taste is there, im not fussed on the looks 😅
I love the fluffy cinnamon roll the best personally but that’s not to say I don’t like a flaky one. I have to limit my gluten though or my fibromyalgia goes crazy. I’m working on a gluten free recipe because I really miss really good baked goods.

A bakery near me has “morning buns” and the dough is croissant dough rolled into a cinnamon roll… so good!!!
