Well said. Ever since getting into Gunship it's been like, how did I ever do without? The absolute sound of the late 2010s and whatever the fuck waits for us from here, should we be so lucky to have things like music or electronics or a civilization by 2020 and beyond.

I just discovered this band like a month ago thanks to a video by Christine McConnell , where she mentioned they were her favorite band as well, and it's like, this band has seriously changed everything for me music wise. It's insane. I love everything they do.
I found them because I listened to TimeCop1983 and I found him because I was listening to Pandora, all this genre of music is awesome to listen to because it reminds of the late 80’s and even into the early 90’s
That’s how I feel about Ry X. It was like I found my own deeply personal soundtrack.
That bit from the chorus, "relax, we'll bathe in the dark"...it's like a lover's fingers running down your neck. Lovely work!

The entire Dark All Day album, but this song in particular, was my personal soundtrack while writing my latest novel. I would literally play this song on repeat.
I discovered Gunship yesterday and have been writing non stop listening to their playlist. It's like rocket fuel for creativity!

For anyone unaware, the male vocalist Alex Westaway. Whom does the male vocals of all GS songs we all know and love. Was once in a "Emo Heavy Metal" band known as Fightstar. Check em out! For the fuck of it. Im still gathering an opinion. But regardless, I've been influenced for over 20 years by the voices of some big names. Maynard James K, and Cheno Moreno being atop them all for me. And in the last two years that I've indulged GS. Alex's voice has been making waves substantial to me in ways a band you fall in love with should. TY GUNSHIP🖤🤍🖤🤍🖤 You came in my life at its lowest point thus far, brought to me by the love of my life, right when I'd also just met her. People's perception of music is highly influenced by the happenings of the present and past of our lives. Which causes us all to have our own unique experiences. Due to this and the timing of my discovery. GUNSHIP has changed my life and created feelings most unknown and undefined.
