The reason Chad and Romania has same flag is because in 1848, Romania Adopted the Flag of The Present day, but when the communists took control, they changed the flag, and in 1958 Chad Used the Flag on the present day, but when communists fell in 1989, they changed the flag to the old one, and this led to the ALMOST same flags
