..Son Chaud de l´Orchestre...Direction sans précipitation.. MINSOO SOHN au jeu assuré ,qui dès le début nous donne l´assurane que la suite sera de qualité sans fantaisie d´interprète ou exacerbé... De la Vraie musique qui se déguste...et le piano sans ces sonorités reverbérées que l´on déplore dans trop de récitals !!!! Bravo Maître (et à Tous)...
I've only started to listen to the first set here in this, my favorite of Beethoven's five piano concerti, and I have to rebut what someone further down in these comments said about "boring and predictable." If this music is boring and predictable, that listener must have tin ears! Let me be bored to death with this genial music; and if I could play keyboard instruments, then I would try my luck with this piece; one had best have not only nimble fingers, but a sharp mind in order to deal with it. I've heard many performances of it in this medium, and ALL bring their considerable talents to it, as they should. For my part, thumbs UP!! JAT
I can only repeat what I wrote after watching Beethoven Piano Concerto No. 3. Thank you for this soul-uplifting 40 minutes. I was also happy to watch this beautiful piano concerto today. Mr Minsso Sohn's light and elegant interpretation sounds impressive in harmony with the professional Orchestra. ❤😊 (I will definitely watch it again and again. Until the details are fixed in my mind, and I hear this performance from the inside. This is my "weird" habit 😊) Thank you for the opportunity.
I also have this weird habit. It is not weird actually. It is digesting the music properly to enrich our spirit & soul. Like physical food, you need to digest it else the body gets 😊no profit.
