I think lab misplayed the 2nd game. on res of link 1 equipping to engraver, lab should have went for welcome. if it gets ash'd, grim could wait for engraver eff to go for big welcome, if welcome doesn't get ash'd, then lovely comes out to make sure the opponent can't respond to traps with monster effects. idk if that would have won lab the game tho.
It wasn't as close as it looked, but I didn't respect the daruma with my lines of play. Lovely pop probably forced the trap in the gy and I'd be willing to take the 50/50, if I hit the imperm I think I win on the spot no matter what the lovely hit. I felt fine not going for the send because I had plenty of follow up from that position, and lab didn't have its full resource loop going yet either.
ye i think that might have been a false statement , tbf tho a lot of lab players cant play the deck correctly and are still stuck on trying to d barrier ftk (when it only has a 60% success rate into ryzeal) and thats not even a 60% win rate
@@TheDBGrinderI’m glad you said this, I’m currently testing Lab, it’s my favorite deck. I think it outs 90% if not all of the current meta if used correctly, it’s not a ftk deck, the goal is to make your opponent quit in grind game. it’s arguably the greatest consistent stun deck of all time. I have hope in Labrynth for this meta.
I feel like the only way to reliably beat Ryzeal is get rid of their extra deck. If you get rid of the Detonators you should be in a winning position. Also seems quite weak to boardbreakers. Ultimate slayer enemy controller book of eclipse seem solid against this deck.
if you JUST have 1 breaker the deck beats it with any starter , you need ht and breaker OR hella breakers (but then you need to also remember snake eye/yubel/maliss are still around)
I don't think there is a reliable way to beat ryzeal, all of the answers tend to be hand dependent and have lines to mitigate the counter play against. Part of why I was testing the fs cards in it is that they let you try to get a sticky game state and let you win in one of those easier, through there's real costs in that.
i think fiendsmtih kash is pretty descent against rizeal, most cards forced detonator effect, like, Fenrir + add Fenrir and normal summon Lacrima. But some cards loose value, like the kash fieldspell
@@Thud94 I think if your handtraps were not enough to stop him (or topdecked imperm for nator) then you will lose instantly. Your engine alone won't beat Deadnator + Cross. As you said pop field spell but also pop Unicorn, pop Birth even Fenrir does nothing because he can just negate the effect to banish with Cross. People really underestimate Deadnator + Cross.
@@firatd.monkey7330 the Rizeal it not immune to handtraps, Kashtira Fiendsmith can play 3 Iimper, 3 Veiler, 3 Ash, 3 Purge, 3 Ogre, 3 Morning and 3 Nib, this is enough to stop them to search the fieldspell, game2 and 3 you can switch for more breakers style, add Trhust into TTT or mind control.
@@firatd.monkey7330At this point people actually overestimate Deadnator + Cross way more, and very overestimate Ryzeal ability to play against HTs. Also the board you mention lose to 1 Slayer, which is the thing everyone know
@@Thud94 lol its def not enough with rafflesia and crossout and called by the grave and extenders. Also if ryzeal going 1st he will side 3 solemn and anti spell fragrance gl with ur board breakers
@nael_luna brother/sister that's how this game works. When I set geargiarmor and 5 trap cards in hat format do you think im going to start letting you resolve cards?
I was sure this list was cope until you said Deadnader attach Desirae. God damn it, now I want to see the list

You can’t add fiendsmith to everything and expect it to be good
Welcome to YuGiOh 2024, broken engines splashed in anything because creativity is long forgotten
im not gonna lie, this actually seems kinda good
you know i thought it was bad too , but this list is actually nice
you just have to learn the GOOFIEST of lines to play it properly
Waiting for the guide!
more lab content based

Yeah was thinking the same, the game was pretty close so with the extra stovie and the lovely pop it was prob game for labr in the grind

"Lab is good against Ryzeal" and all the replays that we see, Lab just ends up losing lmao

To be fair, this player was really bad.
@ there’s always a space to learn from others errors 😅
It's just D Barrier lol people say this because they can loop D Barrier. Without D Barrier Ryzeal wins this match up easily imo

This is precisely whats gonna make it harder to play against ryzeol. The fact you also cant forget about tenpai, snake eye and yubel @@TheDBGrinder
I have 3 solemn judgment and anti spell fragrance going 1st as ryzeal. Really stops those board breakers except for evenly.
game 1 does the field spell draw if you put 2 extra deck monsters back? its return to deck, then draw eff.
yes
Regained and chaos space are worded the same can can draw if they return extra deck
Any shot we can get rizeal vs fiendsmith kash? Or Maliss vs fiemdsmith kash.

How badly does Ryzeal need its Normal summon? I wonder if you could throw the Adventure engine in there as an additional layer of interaction
adventure cards prolly arent worth , it cuts off 6/12 starters and it has 2 bricks and is bad into deadnadder pass
Btw, we have official tcg names for rizz-eols now.
ye but db wont change it til friday
Love your videos 👉🏼🙂↕️👈🏻

why this ryzeal fiendsmith deck kinda hard
i tested it some and lowkey its kinda clean
Loving the labyrinth coverage Mr.Grindr
It's a very funny deck
King of lames never disappoint
I don't get why Ryzeal is so popular, at the end of the day it's just a linear pop/negate thing
can play a ton of nonengine, is very resilient to most hand traps
@zenbozic6184 guess it's a selling point given the game's focus on not letting the other play the more this game goes on
That’s what we like lol
@@nael_luna sure if thats how you look at it

Not trying to be mean but i cannot stand any Lab player i saw on your channel recently. They are just so bad, lol.
Lab sucks bro. Please stop showing it. It’s the same thing at the beginning of every format.
these players arent building correctly
