- THE FAMOUS pear cake that is driving the world crazy! with only 1 egg!
✔Ingredients:

3 pears
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
20g of butter
half a teaspoon of cinnamon
◾
1 egg
pinch of salt
8g of vanilla sugar
40g of granulated sugar
50 ml oil
4g of baking powder
200g of flour 00
1 tablespoon of chocolate
powdered sugar

chocolate what?.. chocolate frosting, melted chocolate, chocolate cream...????? be specific please.
I had the same question. options: melt some chocolate with a little water. Or mix unsweetened cocoa with a very small amount of milk or water, and sweeten to taste. Also would love to know size of pan. Off-shore recipes that use products standard in their country sometimes stump me.

Well it looks good but the number of strips made from the last 1/4 of pastry (6) would not have covered that pie….but miraculously they multiplied and did. Well done.

@@ouahibavehibe1900 moi aussi. Plus if 1/4 of the dough covers the bottom of the pan, why do you need 3/4 for the top? It's important because it determines the thickness of the dough on both the top AND bottom.
it was 3/4 for the bottom, 1/4 for the top. she wrapped the smaller piece and set it aside. Would like to know the size of the piece for the bottom -- measurement of baking pan
