Got a '13 Commander and a '21 Maverick Trail. Maverick is more agile, less bump transfer to the seats, and has a little higher clearance. It has ZERO storage (the back is for my dog). I will build clips for a compressor and mini tool box behind seat backs, maybe get an inside soft overhead for clothing. (30 degrees to 80 degrees on the same ride is a thing in Moab.)
You think that is a nasty hill then you need come ride with us in Colorado!!
I would love to do that one day. I have been wanting to go to CO for a long time.
Those trails look really fun! What size Maverick do you have? We are looking to sell out Commander and go to a 50".
Is this a DPS? I'm about to get one without dps. How's the driving experience? Is it too hard to handle without dps?
Mine is DPS and I am not sure what it would be like without it. It prolly isn't to bad as long as your moving. I bet it can be tough when you not moving though. Come back and let me know how it is if you get it.
DPS matters after a long day, or any time in big rocks. I ride Western Colorado and Eastern Utah.
Where did you guys stage from? I thought that area was closed?
Butcher Jones is closed. The Rolls is open. I stage at the rest area just North of the Butcher Jones turn off. It’s on the back side of a ready area for the lake. You will see more of it in the next video.
Some of those hills look rowdy for an old dude!
Am I the old dude?
@@NewZonaRides No I am. LOL
Great vid!
Thank you.
