This man is in shock and grieving. Some of these questions came from a person who seems not to have lost anyone close to him. Questions were inappropriate for a man in acute grief. Journalists do your homework, or better yet put yourself in his shoes! Condolences to Mr. Duke and Alena Holmes, children, and may Mrs. Duke rest in peace.

People are becoming so desensitized to pain and grief.
I can't believe the reporter said its been a day and a half since the incident, how are you doing today?". Like how do think someone is doing 36 hours after losing a parent in a sudden tragic way.
Smh, anything to get a story.

Desensitized to feelings and emotions are the street gangs...this is showing the loss, and lives forever changed...true heartbreak that will never heal.
I always ask how a person who has lost someone near and dear to them. The first few days are the worst thing ever. You still believe that they will walk in the house. It is like a nightmare that a person can't wake up from.

I feel so sorry that this young woman's mother will not be there for her at the birth of her child. What a loss. I pray the shooter will be found and swiftly brought to justice.
