She is the gold standard when it comes to singer songwriters. This is one of her best. Awesome.
Fully agreed.
Her voice, the lirics, the delicate sound of the acoustic guitar, the music itself, everything in a such exquisit balançe... it's like Skating on a thin glass blade... it's perfect...
My equal favourite song from the completely brilliant 'Mental Illness' (along with Goose Snow Cone). I literally cannot stop listening to this album - what a sublime singer/songwriter Aimee is!
I love the smile at the end when she knows they nailed it.
This is by far my favorite song on the album... And it's slowly becoming one of my favorite songs ever. So proud to be an answer Aimee Mann for almost 20 years
Like all of Aimee's songs, it continues to grow on me.
This is a PERFECT song.
Another beautiful song from Aimee. She seems to pour so much of herself into her music.
I love this lady ❤
She’s such an incredible songwriter
What a brilliant song-writer.
she didn’t write it
Emily W. Yeah, she did.......
Can't get this one out of my head...
Thank for this Live ! Such a Beautiful Song !
My god. So good.
Harmonies: the great Jonathan Coulton
Great performance
This got me through some rough times in a Africa.
Simply brilliant
What a song.
Excellent performance 🙏🏼
hermosa canciòn
Building gods who can put the clock in reverse… genius!
The guitar player looks like fred armisen in character for another portlandia bit with aimee haha
Pretty sure that's Johnathan Coulton from "Code Monkey" fame. He tours with her, now.
@@JimintheGym yup, he co-wrote this.
Anyone want to identify the accompanying musician? He seems to play with her frequently. No credit is given in the description that I see.. Cheers
I think it was Jonathan Coulton? Who himself is a great songwriter
I don't think there's anything she does that I don't like.
