Thank you for the thorough review! We’re an apple family but needed a 2nd tablet just for reading and sentence mining for learning Japanese watching shows and reading books/manga. Apple currently doesn’t have apps that can do that on the iPad, but android tablets do. Didn’t want to spend a lot just for this simple use case and this fit the bill of having minimum necessary specs, feeling like an iPad in being intuitive to use, and most importantly being low cost. Your videos helped in our decision making process immensely as we compared tablets across these specs and price range! Thank you!
A great channel for tablet fans like me, whenever I think of some popular tablet I trust it will be here and there will be comparisons. Thanks for everything ❤️
My dad bought me this last dec 22 and i immediately downloaded the one note app. Then, i was glad it can do the drag and drop thing. However, when I tried this morning january 10, it suddenly can't drag and drop. I haven't updated this tab. I don't know the reason why it suddenly cant drag and drop pictures from chrome to one note, is there a problem with the pad. Can someone know why did it happen and how to fix it? Big thanks to someone who will answer about this.
It's now the end of 2024. $182 on Amazon. Would you still suggest this model or is there something better for this price point? Main use would be ebooks and youtube/ streaming
Can you read and highlight pdf on it? Can you position two windows side by side, that is, split the screen? Can you connect a regular mouse and keyboard to it?

I gotta say, I never liked these shiny glossy displays since most of them are just utter garbage. Especially under the sun or just outside you can't use these devices at all. That's why I never got warm with these devices. E-Book reader displays on the other side are exactly what I'm looking for but, those devices so slow, so limited you can't really use than for anything else than reading, even though some of them have a lot of features which are unusable as well.
