It doesn't get too cold where we are at but it has froze on me once. I put 2 moving blankets over the truckmount and I drain the water box. Also once I parked it close to my house and not on the street and ran am electrical chord with a space heater on a timer.
How'd you get everything to match the hydramaster blue? I'm building out a setup to match my xdrive and hydracradle. would be interested in your thoughts
I did have over the original mat that came with thr truck but I ended up removing it. As long as you have no leaking going on you'll be ok. We clean the floor every weekend and we dress it with a non slip dressing.
nice setup, but personally I think the button for the electric reel is placed way too low and exposed (very prone to damage and rust from moisture dripped from top, just ask the duct cleaning trucks with electric hose reel guys for example). 2" quad jets Titanium wand is nice, but imho having a good swivel is just as important (prochem is a manufacturer nevertheless, the amount of hours they spent on the field is far less than actual carpet cleaners). inline sprayer is nice 10 years ago, but personally I think hydroshot is more suitable on not super soiled medium sized jobs and it won't waste the engine hours and fuel. We always have ways to improve, preventative maintenance is also important.
Thank you for the advice. I think you are right about the button on the reel. I was thinking about putting it on the door. I'll check into the wand and Hydrashot. We've done a lot more changes since this video. We are customizing 2 more trucks with air ride for leveling out the van and draining.
Beautiful set up. I love how CLEAN it is. How do you change the blower belts?l and do blower maintenance with the security door?
Thanks for the video!

I had it sand blasted and powder coated. Very durable
@@willm6771- that is very slick. I think I'll do something similar!!
Did you set this up yourself or did you pay someone ?
I did it with a friend.
Very nice
Beautiful x
Thank you!
do you suggest a cargo mat ?

Wow Wow Wow!! Alot nicer than my Transit Custom haha, Is that a LWB model? You've really put all the space to good use!
What is a LWB model?
@@slosteamcarpetcleaning Sorry, Long Wheel Base?
How is it legal to dump that water in sewer if its full of chemicals ?
Its just gray water. Local laws allow it.
Nice
