I don't know the latest findings on that topic, but microtubules, microfilaments are intermediate elements of the cytosquelette that have important functions for the cell and to be able to model them is a great way to test the range of possibilities.
can u please make a tutorial on how to put water inside the nanotubes for my project i have to simulate water inside nanotubes to test its strength and other properties , i have a little idea on add solvate box but i am not able to add it inside , i am not sure how to rearrange the molecules a tutorial would help me a lott!! thanks
