Big na Okata 3, in particular, is one of the most creative and best short, looping tunes ever committed to 16-bit, in my opinion.
agree
II is great, III is god tier, IV is one of the most legendary game music ever made, there is better ost but thunderforce music is amazing
Man Technosoft knew how to crank out tunes.
THAT SLAP BASS ON BEYOND THE PEACE; AND IT'S ONLY STAGE SELECT.
Its kind of sad how modren music dont give that much emotions and vibes like the old games does, like take for example "The Grubby Dark Blue" theme it gives the vibes that you crossed half of jounrey of the game with the water elements vibes or with "Truth" theme that gives the vibes of how difficult the stage is with first few seconds of the theme indicating a despair tune only to be overruned by a cheerful tune that gives you the vibe that you will get through of this and you are the protagonist!
One of the best shooters ever......period!!!!!!
Thunder Force III, and Gradius III, both have such a memorable soundtrack.
Wen to cousin when I was young teenager and he had this on Megadrive it still stays with me
Por si no lo sabían, el quién distribuyó el juego en Estados Unidos fue HOT-B USA, no Technosoft como varias páginas ponen erróneamente, en la parte trasera de la portada lo dice y aún así se equivocan con eso algunas páginas...
I love these Technosoft games... could you please upload Herzog Zwei at some point?
pleothid Herzog zwei was a masterpiece in itself, but yes the music was incredible, a different one for each map
My favorite studio from the genesis era along with Treasure
@@perfectblue8443 I agree
One of the few rare times where they did not F up the amazing original Japanese box art....
Even the stage select theme is cool.
Muito obrigado pelo video...eu adoro o soundtrack deste game...me traz ótimas memórias👍😀
Um dos melhores na época !!!
thanks late centrury apps for letting us download witouth advertisings
I whistle and hum them too! It's been a great part of my adolescence. Back in the days.
Cripes all the memories rushing back hearing these tunes I loved. Used to record them to cassette and listen them while not playing. Cray how far tech has come. Now you can play everything emulated and just rip the music.
This game's music was etched into my mind for three straight years... playing daily in my head every five in the afternoon for about 40 minutes. Weird brain huh?
31:18 Too bad that Cha-Os doesn't last that long before being destroyed... If it was the other way around, we could have appreciated more this track in-game.
A Masterpiece BGM of Video Game Music from a Golden Era . . . where Tec(h)no Soft Ruled Supreme!
Every so often I Force😉 myself to listen intently to Stage 8 'Metal Squad' for an instant, all powerful reminder of what Pure Brilliance sounds like!!! 😃👊💯💯
I didn't realize the G Lobster song went on so long. I'd saber with claw that boss so hard practically before it could get off a third shot with its claws. I don't even know if I could make the song last that long using only the non-Lancer enhanced backshot...
The Grubby Dark Blue & Kings Figh!
It's King Fish, man! Not Kings Figh!
@@irfanafendi4837 No, it's Kingf Sighfsh
A lot of drugs were needed to accomplish such feats
Damn this takes me back 9:07 that's my song!
same here. i love the bgm on the seiren stage.
I'm crying now
hi
à chaque fois ke je mets 7 OST je me demande encore ajrd koment ils ont fait pour sortir 1 truc aussi perfect ke ça
trop bon souvenirs... surtout la musique de fin apres des heures a essaier de finir ce jeu assez difficile...
The Venus Fire, I will never forget how frustating to remember shield capsule and evading all of the fires. Almost 2 gamepads broken because of emotional damage lol 😂😂😂
16:31 I Like it
I still love this game less weapons than the 2nd thunder force but the bosses were large more challenging than the later one Thunder force 4 and the bosses have their own music nothing can top it
Any chance you can post Thunderforce II's OST? I know you got other projects on the go, but that soundtrack deserves to be heard in its full glory!
5:06 , when shit gets real
31:15 prob best track
It was my first sega games.. the song is amazing...
