First I was like "I know this voice......but where...?" . . Then I was like... "Whoaaaa this guy's is the man from my awesome Udemy After effect tutorials"
I have 3 artboards the parent(home) has the landing page, second is the homepage, then the last was the modal, which will trigger whenever there's a button that's being tapped. The problem is that, the modal will have a background of the home artboard rather than the homepage artboard.
how about making it so that the pop up remains in the same position when you scroll down, and instead the previous page you were on scrolls down. Sometimes there's info on the actual page that you might need in the pop up? so that helps see the info without having to exit the pop up to look again?
Hi! Thanks for the tutorial! But I have a doubt... How do I create a slide within a pop-up modal? Let's say I have the main page, and from there I clicked on the settings icon and that opens up the settings pop-up modal. Now inside the settings pop-up modal, there's a language selection button. Clicking on the language selection button should slide a sliding language pop-up while the settings pop-up is still visible.
Hi Denial, Thanks for This video. I have also watched your many video courses on Udemy and Adobe XD tutorials, due to many other works I was confusion that's why I have to see them again... I am to see you on here also. One Suggestion: Please I am from India and my language in English is not good, so if it is possible your speaking speed is very fast sometime I can not understand the words, due also your pronunciation is a little bit more difficult your native style. Thanks again for this video.
I've made this and I wanted my popup item not clickable so it won't get back to the previous artboard. Don't get me wrong I wanted my background (the item behind my popup) to be clickable and go to previous artboard when tap. My problem is even the popup itself get triggered when tap even if I only set my background behind as the only trigger.
Adobe XD should be able to automaticly create the 50% background if it's a overlay, and not by creating it manyually. Just copy what Figma has it! Thanks! lol
Fantastic video, still useful 2 years later! I knew how to do the basics of a pop up modal but not create the overlay and the other detail you did.
You are the best teacher online - I have learned so much from you - it's getting me through university.. Thanks mang!!

Is this still the easiest and best way to do this 4 years later? Or does he have a more updated version?
Thank you very much ! Very simple
The overlay option is not working for me, the page pops up with no opacity
