Aside from M ender and L ender, how do you get his other corrupted buff? Is it intercepting?

Its when a normal fury, cruelty, precision, intensify, armor, vigilance or undermine buff expires on him. He gets furies on mediums, cruelty on first and fourth lights, armor when hit with a medium, undermine on sp1, vigilance on sp2 and intensify on sp3 and whenever you consume degens
