Wowaka is more popular on niconico than yt. Also the big rabbit hole view spikes are not from cast station, they are from Japanese trends or just days about rabbits. The last big spike was on Easter but another is happening today due to it being rabit day.

Even though mesmerizer is not the song I would listen to really often, its popularity spike brings Kasane Teto to the spotlight, which is a good thing since she is my fav vocaloid. i noticed kyu-kurarin has a non-repetitive 8 bar long melody, while most songs melodies are 4 bars its nice that it keeps the song so much more interesting musically, and nice to listen to regardless of instrumentation i think songs like this are quite underrated for that reason also, lagtrains main melody is 4 bars with a 2-bar second ending (like most songs) but halfway through the song it changes the first 2 bars for the first repeat, making it an 8-bar long melody as seen in the clip chosen for this video (aside from the melody, i also like kyu-kurarins composition in general, its very unique)
I'm lowkey kind of sad to see that Noushou Sakuretsu Girl will soon lose the placement of the highest viewed duo Vocaloid song in RUclips, but I still have to give credit to Mesmerizer for being a very good song worth listening to on a loop. yes i plan to do that in the future, ive replied to your idea before, but again i face the issue of production groups like otoiro so that means producers like rockwell, who have worked on most deco*27 songs, will technically have more views than other producers like maretu and orangestar. it gets very technical so i will have to figure out a way to handle those before i start working on the project

These videos are great! Do you use scripts of some kind to generate these lists and or generate some of the visuals? These seem like a lot of work with or without all that.
I use Google Scripts to tell me the RUclips API the views of these songs all on a Google Spreadsheet I made, along with other information like the upload date, amount of comments, and likes. It's all very handy but I can only refresh a certain amount of times a day because of the daily API limit I have.
It will never not hurt to see Inabakumori's top 2 songs beaten by Kyoufuu All Back. I don't wanna be a hater... BUT I AM!! The song is good but it's not even close to Lost Umbrella and Lagtrain, how did it got that much popularity man it's so crazy to me. It was bound to cap off eventually, especially since people lose interest and RUclips has this weird thing now that the first things that pop up in a search are stuff in the viewers native language or the same region, even if the original is more popular and you add the creator's name, it still gets buried and thats been happening to a lot of vocaloid songs recently. Makes sense if its daily views are going down, its becoming harder and harder to find

Even though mesmerizer is not the song I would listen to really often, its popularity spike brings Kasane Teto to the spotlight, which is a good thing since she is my fav vocaloid. Thanks for that, Kasane Teto concert was announced not long ago, and many producers are using her. So, its a win for Teto fans.

i noticed kyu-kurarin has a non-repetitive 8 bar long melody, while most songs melodies are 4 bars
its nice that it keeps the song so much more interesting musically, and nice to listen to regardless of instrumentation
i think songs like this are quite underrated for that reason
also, lagtrains main melody is 4 bars with a 2-bar second ending (like most songs)
but halfway through the song it changes the first 2 bars for the first repeat,
making it an 8-bar long melody as seen in the clip chosen for this video
(aside from the melody, i also like kyu-kurarins composition in general, its very unique)

But also seeing that the difference of NicoNico, RUclips and Spotify would also be a big part of it. Since people hear mostly the songs if they're released in Spotify, if not, they go to RUclips or also if the song has a MV.
Saying this because I use mostly RUclips for listen Vocaloid songs because nostalgia (don't really know how to explain it;;;).

yes i plan to do that in the future, ive replied to your idea before, but again i face the issue of production groups like otoiro so that means producers like rockwell, who have worked on most deco*27 songs, will technically have more views than other producers like maretu and orangestar. it gets very technical so i will have to figure out a way to handle those before i start working on the project

These videos are great! Do you use scripts of some kind to generate these lists and or generate some of the visuals? These seem like a lot of work with or without all that.
I use Google Scripts to tell me the RUclips API the views of these songs all on a Google Spreadsheet I made, along with other information like the upload date, amount of comments, and likes. It's all very handy but I can only refresh a certain amount of times a day because of the daily API limit I have.
