    Sorry your precordial lead placement is incorrect. You have counted 2 spaces down from the angle of louis which makes it the third intercostal space, not the 4th
    Your v2 is not always opposite v1 as rib spaces do not always match. The rest of your chest leads are therefore incorrect. Please read the scst 2017 guidelines. What you have shown would fail an osce

      I agree with carvelos19 about the V1 and V2. You can't assume that the ribs are the same on both sides of the sternum, there's a wide degree of variation in the same person between where their ribs join the sternum
      (I doubt you'd _fail_ an OSCE station for it though...)

      Yes an ECG can be performed lying flat or sat up, however it is normally performed at 45 degrees which will give the most standardised result.

      Either way they should get paid the same! Equal pay for equal arrythimias
