The amount which we can pay right away when we have some funds is known as premature payment. But a person needs to pay penalty along with that amount.. For eg: If a person wants to pay back some loan amount when he/she have enough funds, if they are paying the amount within one year from the date the loan was sanctioned, a penalty of 8% on such amount is charged. If amount is paid after 1 year but before 2 years from the date the loan was sanctioned, a penalty of 4% is charged on such amount. After two years, banks won't charge any penalty as they have already collected a lot of interest. 🙂
One can get more than 7.5 lacs ( even entire cost can b covered) without collateral from private banks and NBFCs . For ex- HDFC credelia , Axis bank etc . Interest rates will be higher than 12 % . You just need gaurantor with monthly income Higher than that of your estimated EMIs .
In my case senerio ís totally different I applied for loan in axis bank without security they rejected me because the course which I choose is not listed in their list like they don't give loan for my course😶 my course is diploma in biotechnology. Moreover, they also told me that this is all against our policy you must try in another bank.
