Taking off the front bumper to do this job would be such a waste of time it wouldnt make anything much easier. It's really not hard to access any of the bolts if you have some decent 1/4 rachets and the car lifted so you can get the intercooler bolts off from the bottom.
Than theirs me who will build it using zzp performance parts. The engine can make 800 hp reliably if you put 6k into it. 400 if you just do stage1, than stage 2. Kits. Awesome rally car. Perfect for beginners.

There is a bleeder screw at the top of the radiator to help get the air out. Find it and RUclips up on it.
Do you have to disconnect any of the A/c lines?
No you do not have to disconnect any
Gm radiators trans lines oil cooler lines quick con...has lil blue disconn tool for this...about the size of water bottle cap..
Just take a pick hook and pull the clip out of that trans line connector

I just replaced my radiator in my 2014vand it was a total pain in the ass . Worste ever
