As a member working on returning to the Church after a long journey during my faith crisis I so needed to watch this general conference! Feeling the influence of the Spirit and realizing that my life means nothing without the Lord is amazing. I had so many questions and all of them were answered patiently by my loving Heavenly Father. Feels like home to be here watching GC again. I'm gratefull.

I just converted last month. I find it as a powerful message of God's people worshipping together. God sent me to this church because his true people are here. The holy spirit is strong in this organization versus many others I had investigated. Such loving leadership to have nowadays. It is my privilege to view this GC for the first time as a brother.

I will try to make each step count, each step will be worth something. When i take my time and try not to rush i realize that God's time is slow and full of preparation, while man's time is fast and full of anxiety. It's all about our attitude in that respect. There is peace.
I absolutely love this talk. I've been working right next to the Mormon trail in wyoming, my footsteps in faith have humbled me and blessed me in my recovery from alcohol and drugs. Clean and sober almost 18 months.
I have been truly grateful that time when I realized how important the church conferences are to my life. I was able to appreciate and will continue to appreciate the existence of a living prophet together with the other leaders of our church. I am very grateful that I became a member of this church.💗

Every session was amazing, but I don’t remember hearing comments about the disaster in Florida and other parts. If that is the case, I sure hope they address that today as in Florida it’s one of the worst natural disasters they’ve ever experienced
Yes it is heartbreaking to see the devastating effects this storm has caused in Florida, but I know without a shadow of doubt that each of these talks are given through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost and the running theme through them all is FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, because no mention of it came up, does not mean that their concerns have not gone unheard. My heart aches for them and all of God's children who are suffering
They spoke of disasters generally as there are so many in all the world. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Florida and surrounding areas will be some of the first on the scene
The fact is, over 1/3 of those younger missionaries singing will leave the church after their missions. Church history issues, doctrinal issues, lgbtq issues, etc. Quite a few of them will come home early with stress, anxiety and depression. We just stayed out in the missionfield when we got stressed, depressed or had anxiety. They can't handle it these days.
I love the church but the church casts me off. Treats me like my sins are not atones for by the savior. So I stopped going to church and am looking for my own path.

Every session was amazing, but I don’t remember hearing comments about the disaster in Florida and other parts. If that is the case, I sure hope they address that today as in Florida it’s one of the worst natural disasters they’ve ever experienced
Yes it is heartbreaking to see the devastating effects this storm has caused in Florida, but I know without a shadow of doubt that each of these talks are given through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost and the running theme through them all is FAITH IN THE LORD JESUS CHRIST, because no mention of it came up, does not mean that their concerns have not gone unheard. My heart aches for them and all of God's children who are suffering
They spoke of disasters generally as there are so many in all the world. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Florida and surrounding areas will be some of the first on the scene

The fact is, over 1/3 of those younger missionaries singing will leave the church after their missions. Church history issues, doctrinal issues, lgbtq issues, etc. Quite a few of them will come home early with stress, anxiety and depression. We just stayed out in the missionfield when we got stressed, depressed or had anxiety. They can't handle it these days.
The world is so much heavier than it used to be. Whatever their efforts, it doesn't help anyone to judge them.
I love the church but the church casts me off. Treats me like my sins are not atones for by the savior. So I stopped going to church and am looking for my own path.
The same savior who atoned for my sins atoned for those who sinned against me. (Sis Yee)
